They were both very polite and made sure all was taken care of. Once I left, I notice a small crack in the windshield and some damage on the passenger side door. I reached out to Tex and he had me bring the car in so they could take a look at it. Right away, they got the problems fixed without question. I will definitely buy from Napleton Mid Rivers again and use Tex. Such a great and easy experience. More

I took half a days leave from work to attend an appointment at the service department, just to be turned away with an excuse that they are overbooked and can not help me. I towed my vehicle under warranty to them for checkup 3 weeks back and they never called me I had the worst experience of all the dealers in my life. I towed my vehicle under warranty to them for checkup 3 weeks back and they never called me back with any updates. Whenever I called them, the receiver routes me to the service department and no one picks up the call, every time it goes to the voice mail. I left few voice mails as well and I would not get any call back from them. They could not provide a loaner car as well and they sent me to a nearby car rental company to pick a car after paying $50 as security deposit. As per warranty I was supposed to get a similar vehicle as a loaner car as my car and to my disappointment, I get a smaller and low end car. I will not recommend anyone to this dealer. More
