Terrible Experince I wish it was a way to give this dealership zero stars, but unfortunately that option is unavailable. To start off first I recently purchased a 2010 D I wish it was a way to give this dealership zero stars, but unfortunately that option is unavailable. To start off first I recently purchased a 2010 Dodge charger from them the paperwork process was the only hassle free thing that thins dealership provided me with. When my car was pulled around for me to get ready to pull off, I entered my vehicle and the vehicle was not cleaned out. It was still trash and food in the car from the previous owner. Dale was our sales person, he proceeded to tell us that the car was not cleaned out because he was not sure if we would come back and actually get the car. To proceed on i drive the car home about 40 minutes back to St Louis. I got home and started examining the car more this led me to checking the oil in the car. Surprisingly there was no oil on the dipstick. I called my mechanic shop and asked was there a special way to check hemi oil he said no. I proceeded to buy 5 quarts of oil from oreillys. I used all the oil and still not a drop registered on the dipstick. I proceeded to put one more quart and finally seen life on the dip stick. I was surprised majorly that this R/T charger was 6 quarts low on oil when the engine only holds 7 quarts. I called the dealership and asked about this problem and Dale proceeded to say that the dealership next door had forgot to clean the car and check fluids etc.. When I asked the manager he stated that the dealership next door did do the required maintenance on the vehicle. I brought the car back in fear of a major oil leak, they looked at the car and seen there was no oil leak but something was wrong with the car for it to be that low on oil and for them to supposedly did the fluid check and change. Along with this oil issue the car had really bad front tires on the vehicle and the dealership offered us a five year tire protection plan instead of changing out the tires. I proceeded to get a blow out of the two from tires and when i called about the tire protection plan the company had no records of a tire protection plan. We called Napleton and no responses at all. Along with all these issues the dealership failed to send the right paperwork to the bank approving the loan. When asked about this issue they stated they accidently sent the paperwork home with us. Let's proceed to the biggest issue of all with this vehicle and dealership. Recently the car was towed, as well as the temp tags being expired on the vehicle. After heading to the impound lot in St Louis CIty on Hall St we were told we need valid plates for the vehicle in order to get it out impound. We proceeded to call Ed Napleton in order to get the title for the vehicle to get it out impound. THe dealership tells us they have no title and the previous trade in owner refused to give them the title so they have to go to court to get the title. WHat does that mean for us we can’t get the vehicle out of impound because we have no paperwork to show the vehicle is ours. The impound continues to tell us that the vehicle must be picked up by Ed Napleton. We have continued to call the dealership and they have made no attempt to go get the vehicle. Currently the vehicle is sitting in the St Louis CIty impound lot as I write this review. THe vehicle has been down there going on three weeks friday. I’m not sure if this treatment is because we are African American or if its because we didn't purchase a brand new vehicle from them or maybe it's both. This has been the worst first experience. I’m sure people have been through worse but this is on the top of the list. I currently have no car to get back and forth to school due to the car sitting in the impound lot. More
