2 Jeep Compasses I went to Ed Napleton Jeep to get a new car after 13 years and ended up buying 2 Jeep Compasses to replace both of my aging vehicles. After a few hicc I went to Ed Napleton Jeep to get a new car after 13 years and ended up buying 2 Jeep Compasses to replace both of my aging vehicles. After a few hiccups and some minor paperwork errors, the sale was complete. Frank Schaffer Jr. did a great job getting me what I asked for, and Bruce Mady worked out a fair deal for both vehicles and go my payments where I asked them to be. Shane Lough was great in financing and made sure we had all the information that we needed. Overall a good experience. Could have been done a little speedier, but overall can’t complain. So, I called them and paid them a visit and once again I left with a huge smile as I was very very happy with the solution that Ryan came up with to my issue. Service Stinks, Attitudes are bad as well as the GM Purchased a 300 Chrysler had it for a month, told them that it was something wrong with the camera and the brakes. They said they checked out the brakes and couldn't find anything wrong with. After presenting my car to them they kept it for a month giving me a courtesy car. I called and made a compliant was was told by "TEX" I should be lucky that I am getting a car. I brought my car back twice for the brakes and after the same thing I was told nothing was wrong. After bringing my car back three months after purchasing it I was given a bill of $13.000 dollars stating that it needed brake pads. I would not recommended this dealership to anyone. No customer service and you better be careful that they don't try to get you. This is not the end. More
