Matt was very quick to help us with our needs. He is a very approachable, friendly and a respectful person. Service was terrible, unfriendly and fraudulent. Was told sway bar linkage was bad and needed to be replaced. Was told it was unsafe to drive. Took to local mechanic who we've been going to for years and th sway bar linkage was bad and needed to be replaced. Was told it was unsafe to drive. Took to local mechanic who we've been going to for years and they said there was nothing at all wrong with the sway bar linkage. Was also told that the left tie rod end was bad. Local mechanic said there was only very slight play in the tie rod ends. He would not recommend replacing them for quite some time. Would check them at each oil change. I feel that they are trying to bully customers into having repairs done that are not needed by stating that the vehicle is unsafe to drive. We are very dissappointed in them as this is the second time they have told us something was in need or repair when it was later show NOT to be the case. We will never purchase from them again nor will we use their service department. Any you wonder why dealership service departments have a bad reputation. They were also going to charge 1200.00 to replace the tires. We had the same tires put on at a different location for HALF that price. Do not give them your business. More
