After a traumatic t-bone accident that resulted in a total loss, we found ourselves on the hunt for a used SUV. We found a used Tahoe on Car Gurus that happened to be located at Napleton's Mid Rivers. A total loss, we found ourselves on the hunt for a used SUV. As a former customer of Napleton's Mid Rivers and Rick Pelland specifically, we trusted the name and reliability of the dealership, so we quickly contacted Rick and came out that evening to check out the car. Rick took amazing care of us as it was near closing time when we were able to make the 45 min drive out after work. After test driving and working out the paperwork/providing down payment information etc. we were ready to purchase the vehicle. Everyone was leaving, so Rick sent us home with the vehicle and made an appointment for us to come back on Saturday morning at 9:15 am. We went ahead and filled up the car with gas and kept the receipt (as instructed by Rick) for reimbursement upon our return on Saturday. We showed up Saturday morning for our appointment around 8:50 am. The doors were open, but no one was there to greet us. After walking around until our appointment time and giving Rick a call, we ended up just taking a seat at his desk. He came out shortly after and informed us that they were in a sales meeting and he hoped they'd be out shortly. As time passed, there were several other customers who were in the dealership to also finalize paperwork that left in the time period while we were still waiting. Everyone appeared to return from the meeting around 10:15 (one hour past our appointment time and over 1 hr 15 mins after we arrived without a greeting). One of the sales team members was even told about their customer that left and he said. "oh well." At that point, Rick could sense our frustration with the lack of respect for our time and customer service, so he walked us back to the finance office, where the sales manager and general manager appeared to be standing around. He let them know we were ready to cancel the deal at this point because of the lack of service we had received and they simply shook it off again. This sent my husband over the edge, so he expressed that if we weren't able to get back to finalize everything in the next five minutes, we were ready to cancel the deal. He was met with a very heated response from the sales manager where he proceeded to say, " you aren't going to come in here making threats towards my team." I'll admit, my husband definitely was heated at the situation and voiced his frustrations very candidly. However, instead of being met with an apology or consideration for the time spent (and money we were about to spend), he was met with aggression and frustration. When my husband asked why no one came out for our appointment time, they responded with "why did you make an appointment when we had a sales meeting" as if we made the appointment and should've known (we did not make the appointment and did not know). As things escalated, my husband said he would like reimbursement for the gas (as previously promised) and we would take an uber home. The sales manager refused and asked us to pay back the mileage we had put on the vehicle since we took it home (again as instructed). My husband asked how much and they stated $1/mile and actually said, they would not be reimbursing us. At this point, we said forget the gas reimbursement. My husband told them we did not feel comfortable doing business with someone who would treat us this way and who had no care for the money we were about to spend or the time wasted. The sales manager then proceeded to curse at my husband and my husband of course replied with the same. He asked them to shred the agreement and personal information and we'd take an uber home. Rick, our sales guy, was the true victim in this situation because he truly treated us with nothing but respect and consideration. We would have loved to give him our business. However, I cannot imagine ever buying a car from the leadership even after buying from here previously. More
Wish I would have read the reviews for this dealership first before going there. My son and I went to Napleton to purchase his first car. Was told that I could put money down on a credit card and would get refunded it easily because we were paying a different way for the down payment. Have not gotten a refund or notice that it was processing. Wasn't informed about how to get paperwork to register the vehicle. Still have yet to get a human on the phone to answer this question. And was told the car was gassed up and ready to go. It had a 1/4 of a tank when my son pulled off the lot. I have tried to contact through email, text, phone calls and have been ignored, sent to voicemail and told I would get a call back. I even asked to talk to a manager because I thought maybe it was the salesman. Was sent to voicemail. Called back and was told that I would get a call back. I haven't yet. Horrible customer service. I will never buy a vehicle from here again. And my son has had a terrible first taste of what dealing with a dealership is like. I am so diappointed with his car buying experience. This was a return visit to a Napleton dealership and we won't be going back. More

Was told the vehicle we purchased from them had two key fobs. We never received the second key fob. After many phone calls and much frustration Napelton said they would work with us to get the issue resol fobs. We never received the second key fob. After many phone calls and much frustration Napelton said they would work with us to get the issue resolved. Six months later still have not received a second key fob and have not heard any more from the dealership. Very disappointed in the dealership. I will not be referring anyone to them or purchasing any more vehicles from them. More

I do not recommend this dealership to any first time car buyer or honestly anyone in general. I wasted 5 hours of my only day of this week, as well as our salesman Matt's day. After a test drive and continuous communication I finally felt confident enough in my decision to head to financials only to feel like I was being ran around in circles again. There must be no communication throughout these two teams because the financials guy, Cole, seemed to be actively working against Matt and the other team. "I wouldn't sell you that xxxx." When talking about specific add-ons that the other team suggested. He also kept expressing his frustration when I didn't do exactly what he "wanted" me to do. I stepped out to take a quick phone call from a family member who works in the industry, only for my significant other to tell me that when I walked out Cole said, "she's trying to buy a Lexus on a Honda budget." I had never expressed any concern over the price of the car and am responsible enough to know what I can and cannot afford. I have been doing months of research and currently own a Lexus so I know what I would be getting myself into. I'm glad I dodged a bullet and will be able to take my business to a dealership that I wont feel is taking absolute advantage of me. More

Salesman & Finance manager told us there was upcoming rebate available of $1000-$1500 but didn't know amount yet. They would know the next week (#1 lie). Anyone dealing with Napleton Jeep be aware of all the fine print charges on your paperwork. Made the purchase on 1/31/24, but all paperwork wasn't completed until 2/3/24. Went back to meet with finance manager, Dan, (no longer works there), just handed papers to us and didn't have enough time to go over any this as he was breaking in a new man. At our home we reviewed all the sales papers. Found they tacked on charges that we were not aware of; vehicle service contract worth $3999., a Tire & Wheel warranty for $999., Key replacement warranty $499., OPTIONAL GAP contract $1200. Total amount of extra charges $6697.00. Finance dept. (Dan) filed our loan with their finance company and we could have gotten loan for much less interest but were not given an option. With these added charges we of course be paying more interest on our total loan. (somewhere in that fine print the dealership gets kick back of interest). We immediately called dealership, spoke with salesman & Dan that these charges have to be taken off. Now they don't just give you a check, but all this has to be taken off the loan amount. We agree with this but it took until 2/29 for credit to show up. We've asked several times about the "rebate", well there was none!!! In their dealership wording says they take the time to explain all the details", "and get the best deal possible". We love the Jeep Rubicon that we purchased, but not the way the dealership handled our sale. After several complaints we were told by a new Financial Services Director, Joseph, that he went thru our file and would be "giving us 3 furnished oil changes" to make up for the wrong related info. Well that hasn't happened either, and Joseph is no longer working there. Now we've been promised 2 free oil changes. Wait and see what happens here and what type of service we get. More
Another great experience with Amanda Richardson and Cole Reinken. I bought a Escalade Cadillac on the 8th of March. My husband flew me out to Vegas for a surprise birthday and we reached Vegas we rented a 23 jeep shara. My husband fell in love with this car so the next I immediately called Amanda and that we have a jeep wrangler that we may trade in. Amanda stated to take some pictures of the jeep and sent them to her I said ok that's fine. Instead when I got back from Vegas the next I can to the dealership to fine Amanda without my husband and once again Amanda and Cole show me great and excellent customer service. Amanda stop what she was doing to attend to my needs. Before husband got to the dealership the deal was sealed. I can go on and on about these two amazing people.
