Very bad experience. Sales person was very nice until you said not ready to buy the car same day. They will not disclose the price of new car or the price of your trade!. If you like to be lied to and abused while shopping for a car-these are the people for you. I saw a couple of cars online, so I called to ask if they had them on their lot and was told they were there. I s car-these are the people for you. I saw a couple of cars online, so I called to ask if they had them on their lot and was told they were there. I said I would like to see them and drive them and could be there in about 30 minutes. "Fine, we will have them ready for you." I got there in about 40 minutes and told their manager Jay that I looked one of the cars over and was ready to drive it. He told me to sit and wait while he got a salesperson. After waiting twenty or twenty-five minutes just to speak to a salesperson, I had to wait while someone took the car out to be washed, even though I had already seen it. Eventually, they took me out to the car, but it was out of gas. I was told to go back in to sit and wait while someone took the car to the local Speedway to get gas. After another half hour, we went for a drive. I liked the car, but I could tell it the brakes needed maintenance, not surprising on a six-year-old car. I told them I liked it and wanted to buy it and needed my mechanic to look at it. They wouldn't allow me to take it for evaluation. I was told I had to buy it first, and they would take it back if it needed too much work. Don't expect good customer service, honesty, or good faith from this dealership. More

We went in for recall work on our Kia Soul, and service staff were helpful and easy to work with, plus they washed our car. We decided to shop for an upgrade, and looked on Carfax.
