Thank you Idris! Great service is normal at Napleton’s Volkswagen dealership. We have bought multiple cars from this dealership, including our last one a VW Atlas from Great service is normal at Napleton’s Volkswagen dealership. We have bought multiple cars from this dealership, including our last one a VW Atlas from Idris. But Idris came through this morning for us when our Jetta locked with the car running, blocking traffic at a car wash and wouldn’t respond to the fob. Idris helped us resolve the issue in 5 mins... offering to FaceTime and step us through the steps if necessary. He is always calm, competent, and a great salesman. Thank you Idris! More

Terrible customer service Whatever you do, do NOT do business with Napleton's... they don't care about you at all! Finance manager told us we'd get a better rate from the bank Whatever you do, do NOT do business with Napleton's... they don't care about you at all! Finance manager told us we'd get a better rate from the bank if we added extras to our car purchase. This is highly illegal and a complaint was filed with the CFPB and the FTC. The service department also doesn't care about their customers. I've had them suggest maintenance they've already performed or I had performed elsewhere (example: They suggested a brake line flush after 'looking at the fluid'... but they had flushed the brakes about a month earlier. When pressed, they admitted not actually checking the fluid or my account and just going by mileage. Not a huge deal on it's own but how many people are they taking advantage of? I also fought with them for a year to get my contact information correct and they just don't care. Now, they won't STOP sending me service reminders despite multiple requests for them to stop. Another complaint will be submitted to the FTC More
