Napleton's Auto Park of Urbana - Service Center

Service not on time and inconvenient This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this service center. I booked a service appointment for 10 am online and dropped my car off bef This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this service center. I booked a service appointment for 10 am online and dropped my car off before 9:45 am. By 2:30 pm I still hadn't gotten a call about my car which was only in for it's routine tire rotation and multi-point inspection. So I call the service department and get transferred to the service advisor "Steven" who is apparently in charge of my appointment and is not available at his phone. Leave a voice mail. Over an hour later no call back or news, so I call once again and am now transferred to Mr Steven who tells me that "for some reason" the promise time on my car was 3 pm even though my appointment was at 10 am, and even though it is 3 pm now, they have been ready and so my car is just about to go in to the shop and can only be ready by 4-4:15 pm. No other explanation, no apology, nothing. So apparently this service center believes that appointments are a joke and it's ok to get to a car 5 hours after it's scheduled appointment because "they were busy". More

We have had GREAT experiences with Bruce Andrew. Bruce is a fully involved salesman he follows through when you have questions or problems with service. He has been a great help!
