This was my 1st time coming to this dealer, to have my brand new Kia’s oil changed and recall taken care of. The service was not great, days prior I had asked Jessica to take off the rotate as it was so m brand new Kia’s oil changed and recall taken care of. The service was not great, days prior I had asked Jessica to take off the rotate as it was so much money and upon arrival it wasn’t the case. The communication was poor and super unprofessional with directions on how to go about services. Then, I am told hours later from someone who looked up my vehicle info to contact me who was also there getting their vehicle serviced, that someone almost tboned them in my car and locked up the brakes. I am furious More
