Jessica, the service consultant, is the best! She's personable, courteous and so helpful! And she's very knowledgeable about all aspects of her job. When I had to bring my KIA in it sounded as if She's personable, courteous and so helpful! And she's very knowledgeable about all aspects of her job. When I had to bring my KIA in it sounded as if I was going to be without it for quite some time. Knowing my situation, Jessica was able to have the test run a lot sooner to determine the problem. Thankfully, it was only a sensor and I had my car back much, much sooner than expected. I appreciate that she kept me informed along the way and the professional way in which she handled everything! Napleton's is very lucky to have her!! More

I purchased my RAV 6 years ago and have loved my car. The dealership is great and even though I moved to Florida, I often return and get it serviced at Napleton.
