HORRIBLE! !!!!!!!!!!!!! BOUGHT A $220K CAR AND TOOK IT IN FOR ITS FIRST SERVICE. THEY WANTED $1700 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND FLUIDS... PLUS, THE PASSENGER FRONT !!!!!!!!!!!!! PLUS, THE PASSENGER FRONT SEAT WINDOW HAD A SMALL CRACK THAT WE MISSED WHEN WE BOUGHT THE CAR. THEY WANTED $4,000 TO FIX.. I CALLED GLENVIEW ASTON MARTIN AND THE SAME SERVICE IS $400!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AS THEY JUST ARE A RIP OFF AND SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THE COSTS GOING IN, ESPECIALLY THE OIL CHANGE. More

My Son brought his 2014 Jeep Cherokee, in for a check engine light.Justin from the service department was Great. He had the oil changed , which turned the light out. He also had the cooling system chec engine light.Justin from the service department was Great. He had the oil changed , which turned the light out. He also had the cooling system checked, which ended up having a crack in the water pump.He was able to get it covered under the extended warranty. He kept us informed on what was going on. And What should be done now & what could wait. His customer service is Excellent.Aston Maserati should be proud to have someone like Justin working for them. More

Very disappointing service experience. Rebecca Hillyard service advisor was condescending, insincere, and very cavalier attitude when the estimate she provided was over $1000 below actual price..
