Very disappointed! I bought Ram 1500 from dealer 2013 and at 60000 had brakes, rotors replaced all around and flushed break line. This cost a ton and just a few weeks over a year breaks are grinding and they at 60000 had brakes, rotors replaced all around and flushed break line. This cost a ton and just a few weeks over a year breaks are grinding and they are costing 1600? Warrenty is one year! They are loosing a customer! More

Service department was responsive and relatively fast, now even if you make an appointment for a quick repair (book time under 1 hour) you need to leave you vehicle for at least 3 hours. Why did they tell me to make an appointment if they can't keep their appointments?!? This used to be the dealership that I recommended to EVERYONE. Not any more. Seems like all the good employees are leaving. More

I made an appointment so we can test drive it and they did, they said it was the front axle and they ordered it and said they will contact me, they never did. A week later I had to call and make the appointment to get the part put on. On the appointment day I dropped it off and they said they will contact me when it’s done, they didn’t. I had to call because the dealer was about to close and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone so I went in. They didn’t even start work on it and I had to bring it back home without it being even looked at. I had to wait a day before I can get a loaner. When I finally brought it back it took 2 weeks before they said it was ready. They said it was the front axle. When I picked it up they said they replace only the right side. That is not what they said they were ordering and replacing. When I picked it up it was making the same noise plus another noise it was making before. I turned right back around and dropped it off. It took another two weeks before they had a Chrysler specialist come out and say it was the PTU for the all wheel drive. After another week and installing it I called and they said it’s still making the noise and Chrysler had to come back out to take a look at it. Now it’s the rear axle. More

Jason who sold me the car was extremely knowledgeable and professional through the whole process. I would also like to give a special shout out to the service center. Kevin, Todd, Jerome, and ofcourse Douglas have always been extremely accommodating, helpful, and made sure I was well taken care of. I truly enjoy working with any of them and have no issue going that extra mile to get my car serviced there. Overall the Napeltons family as a whole does a great job of making me feel like a valued customer which is why I will always choose them. When I think car buying I think Napeltons. No customer service Brought my 16 Town & Country into service department as the paint on the hood was bubbling. Joe in service briefly looked at the vehicle and said there was nothing he could do, out of warranty and suggested it was probably due to salt. No photos taken, no assistance given. Called Chrysler, rep was confused on why dealer did not assist and offered that photos had to be submitted for review. Would not go back to this dealer, called and talked to another local dealer. As soon as I said hood was bubbling, service manager was able to tell me where the damage was without even seeing the vehicle. Advised me it was a well known defect with T&C models. He requested I bring the vehicle in, did so, and he immediately approved the corrosion warranty work. Within 1 week of contacting the new dealer, my vehicle issue has been resolved. I have to say that it was a blessing in disguise that I was treated so poorly at this dealer. Because now I have found a dealer that actually wants me as a customer and has earned my business. More

Napleton Arlington Heights Service Dept took her Patriot fix the heat plus give my wife a rental some dealerships don’t give you a rental if you didn’t buy the car there. They call 3 to 4 times to keep me updated. This place is great and they all care for you. Thank you so much for everything Best dealership to buy new or to fix your car or truck! More
