I'd give no stars if possible..brought my car in for a recall this morning ..drove 32 miles round trip in rush hour traffic plus the 4 tolls I had to pay for a service appointment set up over a week ago a recall this morning ..drove 32 miles round trip in rush hour traffic plus the 4 tolls I had to pay for a service appointment set up over a week ago at which time I was told would take 5 to 6 hours. Got there to be told we have no loaner for you..you have got to be kidding..not only that but the attitude was oh well sorry..do you want to wait for your car, I'll try and push you to the front of the line...really! Like who the heck is going to sit there for 5 hours. Not to mention I have a situation which I explained when I made the appointment that it was imperative that I have a loaner to get home as soon as possible and was assured it would be taken care of. NOT!! I have had so many problems with this dealership and am continually disappointed not to mention just plain pissed off today! Please.note I HAD to choose an employee to submit this review. This has no reflection on the person I chose ..never met him More

The staff here are very helpful! I bought new 2018 Compass few years ago and did not get 2nd key, but I came in today for oil change and Chloe helped me to get my other key while I was waiting. Outstanding Service Advisor. My service advisor on Wednesday morning was Yash Thakkar. This was our first meeting and Yash greeted me and reviewed what he would be doing for me. My service advisor on Wednesday morning was Yash Thakkar. This was our first meeting and Yash greeted me and reviewed what he would be doing for me. Yash recorded in basic information from my Pacifica for their computer. Yash said we would do a walk-around the Pacifica. During the walk-around we spotted a problem which I was not aware of at that time. The walk-around proved to be beneficial to me because it saved me a return trip the the dealership about the problem. Yash began the paperwork and took photos. I originally came in for an oil change package and then left with a Pacifica in better condition then when I arrived! Thank you Yash for being thorough when checking in my Pacifica!!!. Bill H. More
The worst customer service experience ever I mad a service appointment 1 week ago to bring my car in for it's first oil change. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. When a service adv I mad a service appointment 1 week ago to bring my car in for it's first oil change. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. When a service advisor finally greeted me, I was told that their appointment schedule got messed up and it cancelled all appointments and that it would take at least 2 hours for an oil change. I even showed him the text confirmation I received only to have my advisor shrug his shoulders, and say, "as I said everything got cancelled" I was already there so I decided to go ahead and wait. I waited 45 minutes, and hadn't seen my car even move from the spot in the service drive. I decided that it was stupid to wait and went back out to cancel my appointment. Standing there again with no assistance until someone finally came up to assist me. When I told him I'd rather not wait, and that 2 hours for an oil change was ridiculous, he just took the ticket out of my car, and handed me my keys back. All he said was,"you'll have to back out, and I'll open the door for you" Not any apology. I will never go back and all I can say is...BAM....YOU SUCK More

I felt Irene was energetic.. knowledgeable..and compassionate about her customers and her job..Two thumbs down for that decision...I'm sure s there!
