I took my used Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for service here and I was blown away by the customer service and the willing to go the extra mile. Joanne Stickels the Service Advisor keep the doors of communi here and I was blown away by the customer service and the willing to go the extra mile. Joanne Stickels the Service Advisor keep the doors of communication open and let me know what was going on on a daily basis. She stood up for her customer with my warranty company that I have. When we were seeing what the problem was with my car Kevin Elikan the technician got on the phone with me and explained everything thoroughly and took time out of his busy day. You don't find that from someone fixing your car. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. I recommend this place for service at any point in your cars history and especially if you have a Jeep or Dodge. Ask for Joanne Stickles for your Service needs and have Kevin Elikan work on your car, you wont be let down. More

WORST dealership ever! They will not do work on things the warranty covers! Told us to take our truck elsewhere when we bought it from them. The only reason they can’t fix our timing chain is because “the the warranty covers! Told us to take our truck elsewhere when we bought it from them. The only reason they can’t fix our timing chain is because “they don’t have the right tools” even though the warranty covers the part. SO WHY NOT GET THE RIGHT TOOL? Right? But that makes too much sense for this dealership! Some guy named Jon was a complete and utter jerk to us! It was such a disappointment he told us to our faces to take our truck elsewhere. We had been in a few weeks prior to have a transmission leak taken care of BUT ITS STILL LEAKING! Jon told us with 120k miles anything is possible an that they fixed it but another mechanic of 30 plus years told us it’s leaking from exactly where it was before an it appears no one actually did a thing! So why did we pay $100 for the warranty deductible? After all of this they had the audacity to tell us that if they take it elsewhere to be fixed or if we do then we have to pay the deductible PLUS 25% of the parts PLUS $38 plus an hour to have the repairs made WHEN the warranty clearly states the work and parts are covered! This dealership is very quick to take your money but not quick to actually work on your vehicle it’s a TOTAL SCAM! We bought the BEST warranty possible but for what? It seems to be it covers what they want to do not what it states they have to do! We only go here for service because of the warranty but we will never make a mistake again by buying a vehicle from them! More
Wanted to buy my first new car, so I went to this dealership for my first-time dealership experience. It wasn't good. When we walked in it was okay they greeted us, then our salesmen came, unfortunately, I forgot his name but he was a taller elderly white guy with short hair. The front desk man literally had to tell him to chill out when we walked in, the guy couldn't stop shaking and was "overly" excited to see us. It was obvious he was did something in the bathroom or was on something since he couldn't stop talking and while stumbling over his own words. He showed us some cars which were pretty dirty to be honest and he even had the audacity to say "it's clean right?!" and was proud of saying it. The prices were extremely overpriced, I understand there is a shortage in inventory but still I'm not sure who's not willing to pay 6-9k over what the car is really worth. Overall they seemed "okay" but still wouldn't buy from them since I had a bad first impression. Oh, and the car I wanted wasn't even on the lot because it was still getting "fixed" but yet it was still advertised online and said it was at this dealership which was the whole purpose of my trip. I came into Napleton and Shakeel immediately helped my boyfriend and I look for the best Dodge Charger. They had a good inventory for it being such a popular car. This dealership's service department is the WORST!!!! I bought my Jeep, and my husband bought a Dodge Charger from them in 2016. Since then I have had several experiences from there that I wish I could fo bought my Jeep, and my husband bought a Dodge Charger from them in 2016. Since then I have had several experiences from there that I wish I could forget. Every time I am promised a loaner, and it is never available. My husband just bought a Durango from them and I was complaining that there was a recall on my Jeep and that I have to bring it in for service but was really not looking forward to dealing with the service department. The salesman promised a good experience, he helped set up an appointment and promised me a loaner, yet again. Today when I called to confirm my appointment and the loaner, I was told there was none for me, and that for my 1-2 hour recall, that actually may take longer and more than 3 hours, there was no reason for one. They do not do loaners unless it is a high dollar service. They were incredibly rude to us on the phone, and couldn't care less about the customers. I won't go into the other horrendous service we have had, and we will be taking our service elsewhere from now on. More
Had to bring my 2013 Charger RT in for a recall and a new key fob. Got right in at the scheduled appointment time and was out the door with my loaner in less than 5 min. I was called back in a couple hours with an update on what was going on. Turned out it was the module which had to be ordered. Car was done and ready the next day, exactly as promised. Great communication, great customer service. Top notch Service Department! Thanks again for taking care of me. More
