This company is fraudulent, my son needed a co-signer, I agreed to be his co-signer, instead, they have me as the owner, also, my son put down $30,000 as a down payment, after I went over the paperwork, $10 agreed to be his co-signer, instead, they have me as the owner, also, my son put down $30,000 as a down payment, after I went over the paperwork, $10,000 was missing.. When I went back up there to discuss about the contract if the $10,000 missing and that’s not my signature of being the owner, the guy was sweating bad because I called them on their lies, he then went to go get another guy and the other guy states I had the wrong paperwork… also my son purchased an extended warranty for the truck.. The truck had 14.000 miles when he purchased it, the extended warranty expires at 75,000 miles or 2026, the truck has only 30.000 and it’s 2022 and the engine blew and now this company doesn’t want to honor the warranty after paying $5500 for the extended warranty… the truck was modified when we purchased it and shouldn’t have been sold but instead they sold it to us anyway, after comforting the manager Tim, his words to us was, “You shouldn’t have brought a used truck” this truck costed $85,000 , a Jeep track hawk with only 30,000 miles and a warranty that they refused to honor. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and attorney general, please, before you do any business with this fraudulent company, read the reviews, They all are SCAMMERS!!!!! More
Update: I had a really bad experience at the Arlington heights location. I came home and reviewed them everywhere. The following day I called Disa DeGrazia, Customer Relations Manager. Within 24 hours she called me, and made right everything wrong about the situation. SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! She was so compassionate and kind. She read my review, she listened to my message, she took the time to hear me. She gave me options, and exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond to resolve the matter. I can't speak highly enough of her. In a time where it seems those who care to do their job at all is fleeting at best, she strives to do her job to the best of her abilities and it shows. She answered my questions and offered a resolution that I am more than happy with. If there is a problem and parties can sit and discuss amicably, there is a solution to be found. Im grateful to this experience to remind me of that! Thank you Disa, there aren't enough words to express how thankful I am for you! My bad experience is below, I am leaving it up only so you can see the vast turn around that can happen when you work with the right people. My interpretation of this group last year vs current are vastly different. The new management is absolutely terrible! I bought a used jeep from the Arlington heights location last year with a warranty, a maintenance package, and a full sized spare tire (not a donut a full sized tire). At the time of purchase I was assured how great it was they gave me the spare. As they don’t do that. Fast forward, I got a flat put the spare on. Drive 3’ my all wheel drive light turned on. The tire was not the correct size for the vehicle. Despite being sold to me with my vehicle from the dealership. I put the new tire on the light never turned off. Took it in with my service package for my oil change and to have them verify the tire they sold me did not damage the 4 wheel drive. They assured me there should be no charge. Then upon leaving charged me $205 for diagnostic testing despite me stating to 2 service representatives and 1 assistant manager, I do not want it if there is a charge. Refused to waive it, refused to let me leave with my vehicle. The service manager Steve Parknow was so egotistical, unprofessional, disrespectful, and ignorant I cannot even begin to tell you. A classic power trip. 3 managers shuffled me around between 1-3pm. My appointment was at 9:30. I was there from 9:30-3 trying to resolve said issue. Resulting in my calling the police. Whom tried to reason with Steve who remained unreasonable. They sold me the wrong size tire. The tire was the cause of the error code. But bc there was no damage they charged me for diagnostics. Are they replacing the tire with the correct size? No! Are they waving the fee? No! Will they take the tire that serves no purpose to me in exchange for the $205 diagnostic testing? No! The manager spoke to me extremely poorly. I am a customer of your establishment and this is how you interact? Yeah it’s a hard NO for me. Admittedly at that point having not eaten yet all day, sitting there for over 7 hours, and getting a bill when I was told I could expect not too, after being passed around with no resolution or follow up, I lost it! Wouldn’t you? Additionally, while I was there 3 other disputes with other patrons of complaints they were told one thing charged for another. Or sold one thing and received another. One women was sold a used car that the brakes were metal on metal (undisclosed to her). Apparently they are under new management and will not work with the clients that were screwed by the former management. If said in a nice way much easier to swallow. However the way all 3 managers behaved, not only to me but to the other customers was appalling and totally unacceptable. Steve Parknow (service) and Chris (finance: who was on speaker phone telling another manager “I’m your senior you come to me” were the worst. If you interact with your staff and management team in that manner, it is a reflection of self. I do not do well with individuals whom are egotistical and entitled. Just doesn’t sit with my spirit. I’ve been in management 15 years. These managers at this group location think that being hard, disrespectful, and inflexible to customers is the way to go. None of these men should be in management or customer service. I have contacted corporate and will happily update my review based on how this transpires. More

Was having done issues with my registration and Cherie went above and beyond. She was so kind and did whatever it took to resolve.
