Frustrated I've been purchasing vehicles from this dealership for many years and have been satisfied with the experience but the last vehicle I purchased I had s I've been purchasing vehicles from this dealership for many years and have been satisfied with the experience but the last vehicle I purchased I had some aftermarket products installed thru them which where not functioning properly and every attempt to fix only lasted for awhile which became very frustrating until I met Douglas Adams & Ray Calamia who came up with a perfect solution which I was completely satisfied with.Just want to say thanks for coming up with a solution. They also discovered a radiator leak underneath and called me with multiple options and got it all fixed and ready for me the same day. Thank you Ray, I'll see you soon for my next modification! More
Poor service, and false advertising I resently purchased a vehicle.I was offer 2 oil changes because of my purchase.The first was a very good service, the problem was with the second oil I resently purchased a vehicle.I was offer 2 oil changes because of my purchase.The first was a very good service, the problem was with the second oil change, they only add 1/2 of the oil needed, not only that, but I was very especific in not to top off antifreeze on my vehicle because i am keeping a log of the times is been added due to engine issues and didn’t want o mess with it. To make it short they add antifreeze and only did 1/2 the oil in service. As soon I got home oil change light was on again. I called and after explaining what they did they only offer me to go back to the dealer to reset engine light. The tech only add 6 quarts of oil wich is only haf of what my truck takes this is a for f250 diesel and it is stated on their paper work that I got. Don’t trust them with the service or purchasing a vehicle, they are obviously not Up expectancy not only you will lose your day but on top they wont do what they promise,I have proof if they wish to chalenge me. Its all in paper. More

Sexist against women TERRIBLE place to bring your car. Especially if you are a young female. They DISCRIMINATE, are EXTREMELY SEXIST and have the attitude you don't matter. I was TREATED POORLY and with extreme DISRESPECT. I brought my vehicle (still under warranty) in for the engine light being on along with 4 other problems, they kept my vehicle for 5 days and returned it with absolutely nothing fixed. During the time they had my car I had to track them down and constantly try to communicate as NO ONE called me back. I dealt with: SCOTT OWSIANY - when I originally brought my car in, was promised an update and call back- never heard anything. He is a TERRIBLE ADVISER. DOUGLAS ADAMS - I made a formal complaint to him when i picked my car up for the lack of communication. He took over and he promised to assist me, told me on Jan. 2nd 2018 I could bring my car back in on Jan, 3rd 2018 and he would: "Get me into a loaner car, even if he had to pull a new one off the lot, and would drive my vehicle back out to me when it was finished" I called him on Jan. 3rd 2018 - only to find out he wasn't even working that day - and called him twice, left two voicemails. With no response. LISA PUGH-WILLIAMS I spoke to her on Jan 3rd 2018 explained ALL of my issues she assured me she would help "I will personally give you a call back in the next few minutes" (This was around 2/3 pm - I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK) -when I followed up with her the next day, she stated she did follow up because she had someone else follow up with me and call me back. - CLEARLY LISA DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH NOR DOES ANYONE ELSE WHO WORKS HERE. MICHAEL JOZWIAK I spoke to him on Jan. 4th 2018 stated I would have to bring my car back in, I said I was unable to bring it back in, and would like someone to bring out a loaner car to my work and pick up my vehicle. He stated "we do not offer that service" (A service Douglas Adams had told me he would do..) SOMEONE IS BEING UNTRUTHFUL AND LYING ABOUT SERVICES THEY OFFER. During the conversation with MICHAEL JOZWIAK I stated I needed more assistance with this issue I asked him to compensate me some way for all the time and trouble. He said no. He stated "You did not purchase your car here were not compensating you anything for your trouble." HE TOLD ME "TAKE YOUR CAR BACK TO ZEIGLER (Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Schaumburg, IL)" Over all this is the WORST place for a young female to bring her car in alone. They proved the stereotype that young women can't walk into car dealerships without being DISCRIMINATED AGAINST and DISRESPECTED. These men at Napleton's hide like 'SCARED LITTLE GIRLS' and don't have the "MANHOOD" or professional courtesy to return calls. DO NOT bring your car here or buy a car from them - you WILL REGRET IT.
