Not a good experience , look somewhere else. Bought a used Honda for my son for college and was sold on the idea that I can bring my vehicle to any Napleton dealership for a free oil change -2x Bought a used Honda for my son for college and was sold on the idea that I can bring my vehicle to any Napleton dealership for a free oil change -2x within a year and unlimited car wash. (per Tyler the sales person and Shridar (?) the finance person) . I asked to see that in writing (they claimed , "Napleton and it's affiliates" ,it's right there on the contract). My wife and I paid in cash and day after I brought the car home, scheduled an appointment at our local Napleton car dealer (Loves Park) Come to find out that : - They (Napleton Loves Park) have nothing to do with Napleton Arlington (they're brothers but not do not share the business) - The free oil change was not actually free (when we look at the papers when we got home , we actually paid for it) - I scheduled the oil change anyway , paid for it and found out that there's an oil leak that would cost a considerable amount to fix (we bought an extended warranty , just in case) Called Napleton Arlington right away to talk to Tyler, Shridar (?) and Andrew Ramus , left several messages to practically everyone at that dealership and not surprisingly, no one returned my call. Had to take a day off from work the following week to personally talk to Mr Ramus - and informed him of the circumstances and said to me he will take care of it, I will be refunded the cost of the oil change as well as the cost of the "free" oil change during the first year, gave me his email to and asked me to provide him with contact information so he could me the refund -the only thing he asked was to give him a 5 star review on Google. I said let's fix the situation first. He also had me set up an appointment with Rick (the only one who provided an excellent service experience in this dealership) and fixed the oil leak , (again, I paid for an extended warranty). Emailed Mr Ramus several times regarding the refund for the oil change service/program - crickets...called and left several messages ..even called his personal number that he posted on this website from a previous review ,,,nothing.. I tried to give this dealership an opportunity to correct their mistakes but sadly, it never happened. So long story short, horrible customer experience- even if you think it's on the contract and written , I'd advised against it. They still owe us an extra key and FOB (oh Amir was pleasantly nice as well, with trying to schedule an appointment with their key guy), but not going to pursue that anymore, learned my lesson and hopefully anyone reading this will learn from it as well. (Wonder if Ed Napleton is aware that his brother's dealership is being used to sell cars at his dealership) Ray P More
Buyer Beware! Don't waste your time coming here, take your hard earned money where customer service and doing the right thing is still a priority. They claimed the truck I purchased was certified pre own your hard earned money where customer service and doing the right thing is still a priority. They claimed the truck I purchased was certified pre owned but its evident no type of inspection was ever done. When I test drove the vehicle it had a loud brake squeak and a list of other issues which I brought to their attention. They said they were going to get everything addressed and fixed. They kept the truck for a week and when It was finally ready for pick up I took the 1 hour drive to pick it up. When I picked it up i showed the service manager the tailgate handle was damaged he said they had to order the tailgate handle and i can bring the truck back to have it installed. I ended up taking the truck home. The brakes squeaked the whole drive home. I called the service manager and told him about it and he said they would fix it when i came back to have the tailgate handle installed. Brought the truck back again and after waiting 2 hours found that the tailgate handle was never replaced and they ended up replacing the incorrect part. Service manager jose said he would setup to have the correct part replaced at the napleton dealer closer to my house since I live an hour away. They claimed they greased the brakes and the squeal was gone. I left with the truck and the brakes squeaked the whole way home, I called the service manager jose and he said he was going to call me back, well its been 2 weeks and I still havent heard from him and my brakes are still squeaking and my tailgaye handle still hasn't been replaced and when I call in he's never available. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. More

Awesome experience This is the fourth Jeep we have purchased at Napleton's. What a great experience! Everyone there were great. Ryan G., our sales guy truly rocked. This is the fourth Jeep we have purchased at Napleton's. What a great experience! Everyone there were great. Ryan G., our sales guy truly rocked. He answered all our questions, and made sure we understood everything. Mike the manager was super cool to deal with. He took a lot of time with us and made us feel very comfortable. Razzak in finance was great to talk with, and explained everything in detail. He got us in and out quickly, but without rushing us. And Norm in aftermarket was great as well. He is super nice to talk with and after speaking with him, I was blown away with how much Napleton's is invested in the surrounding community. We love our Wrangler, and are happy we got it at Napleton's. We will be back. More
Shady Dealer Bought a used car a month ago. Came in for the test drive and was pleased, we sat down to work out a deal and was told the car listed on line for $990 Bought a used car a month ago. Came in for the test drive and was pleased, we sat down to work out a deal and was told the car listed on line for $9900 is now 12,500, detail and certification fee. Said I wasn't payiing that and was ready to leave salesman asked me what I wanted to pay. I said no more than the $9900, he had me initail the paper and went to see the "sale manager". Came back with 11500, told my wife lets go. Salesman again said he would go talk with the manager, came back with 10500, before I could say lets go my wife said 10250 and he jumped on that. Bought an extended warranty that the finance guy said is evecctive when we buy the car. This is just the start. On the way home, once up to highway speed the front end started vibrating terribly, once we got it home the power steering started making a squealing noise. Called the dealer first thing Monday morning and they told me to bring it in. Got there they took the car and gave me a loaner and I went home. As soon as I get home the service manager is calling me outlining everthing that is wrong with the car. I said I had the extended warranty, and he proceeded to tell me these would not be covered by my warranty because these were all documented prior to sale and that the car was not supposed to be on the lot that it was supposed to go to wholesale. Needless to say after some discussion they agreed to fix it for the $100 deductible that the warranty copay. I picked up the car after it was repaired and most of the problems were taken care of but not all. I called again and made an appointment to bring it back. Once there I was told that they couldn't and wouldn't work on it for 2 months, once the day 1 warranty took effect. The $2500 detailing and certification fee is a farce. They couldn't have certified the car because it was too old and it was definitly was not detailed. I would have given them zero stars but the Service Manager, Steve, saved us by telling me the details of the service issues. The service writer Annie was a pro and handled my difficult wife well. We have spent $1000 out of our pockets to get the car were we want it, but we have a very bitter taste from Napleton. More
I wish I would’ve read all of the reviews before I purchased a vehicle from here. My salesman Q was very good but, everything else has been horrible, when I call I can never get any answers or anythin purchased a vehicle from here. My salesman Q was very good but, everything else has been horrible, when I call I can never get any answers or anything solved, they always take down my name and number and promise that I will receive a call back and I never do. They’re quick to sell you a car and take your money, but after that, you can barely get any help More
