Still Dealing with the same issue from June We bought a 2020 Jeep Wrangler and was charged for "Napleton Warrany" items that was suppose to be given to us; Three for one, Shadowmark and Napleton We bought a 2020 Jeep Wrangler and was charged for "Napleton Warrany" items that was suppose to be given to us; Three for one, Shadowmark and Napleton Care are the Napleton items. I had left a message for the general manager, Andrew Ramus, but never got a call back. He responded on here with his cell number. I got ahold of him and he said he would refund the $792 for all three of those items. So far a month later haven't seen the refund, which he said would go towards the principle on our loan, which we were fine with, nothing yet. Was told by MMroz at the dealship, they couldn't cancel those items. Seems like a running rule, since we were told by the general manager it could be cancelled. Also emailed the GM and MMroz, but still have no response from either. If you buy a car from here, watch what you are signing and being charged for, even when we were told it was something they do for no charge. M & K Roush More

I was ready to buy a Jeep and all I wanted was an out the door price so I could purchase the vehicle. I was promised they would call me back for over a week. I called every single day to get a contract of sale so I could buy the Jeep and kept getting passed around from person to person who continuously promised to call me back with a price. Price was never given to me and i spoke to several sales managers who were all useless. Buy my care elsewhere. Shady dealership. Shady customer service. They have many reviews like this so buyer beware. Don't go here. More

I am giving a follow up on my last review. It’s been a journey but I have to say that I am finally satisfied with the used vehicle I purchased on June 27th. Although I ran into a few issues as I stated in my first review, Danny Lopez gave me a call, he scheduled to pick up my vehicle and have it back to me in the same day with the necessary fixes, this was completed as stated. Bait and switch I saw a 2019 Ram Big Horn on Cars.com for $38,625. Sounded too good to be true but I sent them a message anyway. Austin responded that the truck was n I saw a 2019 Ram Big Horn on Cars.com for $38,625. Sounded too good to be true but I sent them a message anyway. Austin responded that the truck was not available. When I suggested that it sounded like a bait and switch he said they found the truck on the lot and asked when I wanted to go in and see it. Austin assured me that the price was $38,625. So I went in and the VIN matched the one on Cars.com. We sat down to talk numbers (not with Alex--they handed me off to a young kid who did his best). I told them I wanted the advertised price ($38,625) before trade-in. They said that price was due to expired incentives and the best they could do was $47,000. As I went to leave I was asked if $40,000 was acceptable. I said yes then they said they couldn't do that. I left without purchasing anything. Later that night I looked at the listing on Cars.com. The price had changed to $40,625. Today it's down to $39,625. It would take an act of God for me to purchase a vehicle from Napleton at this point. More

Overall Great Experience! Thanks Daniel and Kostas! My son and I came in the evening last week, and surprisingly we were able to be shown quite a few used cars. Daniel S. and Kostas M. were extremely p My son and I came in the evening last week, and surprisingly we were able to be shown quite a few used cars. Daniel S. and Kostas M. were extremely professional and considerate. What I especially appreciated was the fact that they did not hover around us as my son and I took the time to look at the vehicles and to talk about what we needed. They gave us the space we needed and were there when we had any questions. As an additional note, both of them took the time to communicate with us about each of the cars we were looking at and also gave us some extremely good suggestions. They really listened to what our expectations were. After we chose our vehicle, Daniel and Kostas spent their time waiting with us as the final paperwork was being drawn up. They are both charming and witty young men who pride themselves on their professionalism and courtesy. The only drawback to the entire transaction was no fault of theirs. Since we had arrived pretty late in the evening and the paperwork was being finalized well after closing hours, my son and I really didn't have a chance to read all the paperwork. Ordinarily we would never have done this, because I believe in reading every word of a contract. However, we were happy with the vehicle and the integrity of the salesmen. My son purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot and is ecstatic about it. Hopefully this will keep him going until he can come back in the future to purchase a newer vehicle.
