I am going to start this with, we could NOT come to a deal, but I am giving the dealership a 5. They were polite, kind, responsive and they tried their hardest to come to a deal. I would give zero if possible…. FOUR messages left on a Jeep….no one called be back. On the third and fourth calls we were told they are not currently selling to anyone out of state FOUR messages left on a Jeep….no one called be back. A bunch of crooks. Price on the internet for a used Jeep Cherokee was 21,995. Kept trying to run credit before even test driving. Wanted to but the car and they came back with a price of 30k!!!! xxx! Apparently there is a mysterious “used car certification fee” that can apparently range from 100 dollars to “thousands”. Not a chance. They wouldn’t budge on that price. 9,000 more than advertised. Absolutely absurd. Waste of time. They couldn’t (wouldn’t) even explain that cost breakdown. Shady. Shady. Shady. More
