I’m beyond disappointed with the customer service, professionalism, and integrity of this place. They made me take down my previous negative review after I got phone call from Jay asking what they can professionalism, and integrity of this place. I did my part and it’s been over a month and I still have not been contacted. On top of that, the “new” Wrangler they were trying to sell me at the time of my visit, had already been used. It was dirty and full of sand. Like someone had enjoyed a very nice beach day at one point. They also screwed my fiancé over when he bought his Challenger in July. His brand new vehicle has been sitting in service for a month now. The challenger had 9 miles when driven off the lot and a week Into driving it, the engine light came on. They made him file a claim with his insurance saying he caused damages to the bottom of the vehicle. It’s just flat out wrong!!! We have spoken to our lawyer and made a claim with the BBB about his situation. Napleton’s should be ashamed for the vehicle they sold to him and the runaround they have given us both. The whole response from Andrew is just to get you to take down that negative review. More

This ni To the Napleton Team - Purchasing a Jeep from Napleton Arlington Heights has been the worst possible experience I could have ever imagined. This nightmare started Tuesday, August 4, 2020 when I found a Jeep I liked at the dealership with hail damage. The night of the sale, I asked if I could just sign the contract when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I got declined and sat there late into the night signing papers with no “new” vehicle to drive away in. I was told “you may have it back Friday but probably not until early next week”. The only updates I received from Napleton, was me checking in. August 6th, a finance manager contacted me looking for additional paperwork, at which point I questioned the contract and all the additional options. I was told he would get back to me on Monday “when I can pop my head up for a second”. He never returned my call. I checked back Tuesday the following week with the same response, you may have it back Thursday or Friday. That Friday, August 14th, the vehicle was still not ready as Napleton was still waiting on a replacement windshield. Our salesman had hoped the beginning of the following week. August 17th, I received a voicemail telling me the Jeep 100% will be done August 18. Two hours before my set appointment, I received a voicemail stating they will need one more day. The next day when I returned the phone call, I was told the Jeep was finally ready but none of the people I had dealt with during this process were going to be there that night. I finally picked up my Jeep August 20th. I checked back in with Napleton August 21st to inquire about the “Package A” only to find out it was not done. If I had not inquired about this, the service would not have been done and I would be out $1,000. I spoke with the service department to express my disappointment and asked for Package A to be removed since the product was never applied to the vehicle. I was told no because they had already purchased the product. If the product was previously purchased on behalf of my Jeep, as stated, why then did Napleton not do this service much less contact me with their error. He then called me August 24th to tell me I was all set up for Thursday, only to get there that morning and be told there was no appointment in the books. They finally agreed to get me in that day and had to rent a car from Enterprise because imagine this... no loaner cars available. This has been a horrible experience with this dealership and their only remedy is a free tank of gas – I’m up to 2 free tanks Very disappointed new owner More

He showed us the car, took his time to explain everything, test drove with us and everything was going great until I asked for a polish speaking sales manager. It was the biggest mistake. Rafal Aponowich was very ignorant, didn't even want to discuss the price with us, told us to do some homework first before coming to this dealer to buy a car and made some more inappropriate comments. I felt like he was in a rush, we were taking his time and he wasn't even interested in selling us the car, and I was ready to buy it. On top of everything, there is a sign on the door to wear a face mask and everyone was wearing one except of him. This wasn't my fist time buying a car but I had never met such a manager. More

SCAMMERS! Saw online price with CarGurus. Drove an hour. Test drove vehicle. Sat down with sales guy and he chuckled that nobody is qualified for that online price. Complete waste of time! They then agreed to give us online price, but the online price doesn’t include their bogus add on charges of thousands of dollars in fees. (And these aren’t legit ones like tax and title) Lesson learned: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Don’t waste your time with their fraudulence. ***And to the management: No, I will not call you so you can continue to give bogus lies. I will not support businesses without any ethics*** More
