Bait and switch on 10/2/2020. They must have programmed their internal internet to display higher prices than their external internet quotes. They never honor any quotes they send you. Damaged my trade-in while inspecting the bottom of the car and didn't replace back the shroud. Ignored my complaint for reimbursement for the tow expense. Filed a complaint with Chrysler customer service center. They lost the sale. I will never do business with this dealership again. More

Tried purchasing a Ram 2500 from Gb and then Justin. It took 16 emails with Gb to figure out he may have never sold a car before. They still did not have any other numbers ready. Well he's not really the manager because his excuse was he was waiting on the manager. Still took 24 emails of excuses. Still no prices. They claimed they take care of customers at their location first. I get that. But I had been trying for 5 days to just get prices/payments. In the amount of time they wasted responding to my emails they could have talked to the manager. They had my information. Gave them down payment info/terms I wanted and credit score. They wanted me to fill out a finance app to get a price. I Would have purchased the truck that weekend had they given me clear information. Even tried calling multiple times with no calls returned. I feel I worked harder on this potential sale then their failed attempt. Then on day 6 I get a message that the truck is sold. Odd part is they had 4 on day 1. My advice is this. It's 2020. Not every person wants the stereotypical car buying experience. I have bought my last 4 vehicles online. Once terms are decent I will come in and check out the vehicle and buy it. Instead they prefer to be the butt of every used car salesperson joke. The general manager must be just as bad if this is all allowed to go on under his watch. Be very leary. Lots of bad reviews of shady deals. More

We purchased a vehicle on August 6th 2020 1st off we were lied to about the internet pricing as I contacted the dealership prior to our visit and they reassured us that the pricing was correct NOT !!! We did end up purchasing a new vehicle as we drove nearly 4 hours to get there however, from the minute the papers were signed it was like we did not exist. They would not return phone calls, emails etc. I finally got Chrysler Corporation involved because I have been unable to drive our vehicle since Sept. 5th due to the fact the dealerships temporary plate expired and my states Motor Vehicle Dept. have not received the License and Plate Application in which the Finance Dept. insisted was sent out 4 weeks prior NOT !!! So Chryslers 5th attempt to contact the dealership got resolution and all the documents I needed. The documents were not even sent until Sept. 8th. So my title and plates were just processed by Dept. of Motor Vehicles on Sept. 16th but still not legal to drive. So I will be lucky to be able to drive it by the end of Sept. legally and we have already made a payment. BEWARE GO ELSEWERE !!! I could list names but why bother wouldn't get a response anyways still waiting for return calls and emails. More

Worked with a specific car salesman for multiple days and was informed that once the 2020 scat pack widebody was delivered to the lot I would be informed, due to the initial car I was looking to purchase was sold Tuesday 09/08/2020. Once GB went on vacation Lupe and Victoria were no help at all and could not answer any questions pertaining to the vehicle. Lupe informed me that she would send me her contact info as well as pictures of the car and she never sent any information and once I informed her that I would finance with my bank she was of no assistance. Victoria provided contact info but once I reached out to her via text she never responded. Salesmen informing me that a manager would get in contact with me and a manager did not give me a call until almost 72 hrs later, just to inform me that the car was sold. Only to inform me that another car was available that has no rebates nor deals attached. More
