I cannot begin to explain how wonderful my experience has been with Napleton’s in Arlington Heights. It’s not a cliche to say that car shopping is beyond frightening and many times end up with a headache tha been with Napleton’s in Arlington Heights. It’s not a cliche to say that car shopping is beyond frightening and many times end up with a headache that makes you rethink the purchase of a new vehicle. However the services provided from Napleton’s and their representative Mr. Brandon Hedlund go far beyond my expectations with car buying. From the moment I walked in and greeted Mr. Hedlund to the time I was ready to sign for my new vehicle he made the experience that much better. I am more than happy to say I 100% recommend them to my friends and family and would go back to purchase my future vehicles. More

We visited Arlington Heights, Napleton , on Dundee Road. I attempted to purchase a 2020 used Grand Cherokee w/ 8k miles on it for 6 days for thei that every 1 star review you read on here is 100% accurate. I attempted to purchase a 2020 used Grand Cherokee w/ 8k miles on it for 6 days for their online ASKING price. After trying to sell it to me as a brand new car with 0 miles on it I finally called the GM Andrew. He notified me that my salesman would get it corrected and be contacting me to obtain a down payment and hold the car for me. I contacted the salesman and requested a purchase agreement as my wife and I would be flying in and driving the car home. I was told I would have the purchase agreement this morning. I get a text from my salesman Alex this morning saying the car was sold last night even though we had a deal in the works. This is an absolute complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional that they cannot even communicate with their customers. More

I don’t even know where to start. I live down the road and have done business with this dealership in the past while under old management (Doug and Jody were awesome back then)! They got me into my dream and have done business with this dealership in the past while under old management (Doug and Jody were awesome back then)! They got me into my dream car. Fast forward to today I thought I’d give them another chance. It all started with finding a new Willys Jeep online. Within minutes I got blasted with calls and emails. After declining the call because i was in a work meeting, they called back 3 times in a row then i got a text and another email from an Austin Komis who is not even listed here as an employee. Super nice guy at the beginning over text and explained here to help, not possible for me to waste his time based on my situation and blah blah blah. I explained to him my current lease situation and how I still had some time left, but have equity and can put down some cash. He asked for payoff info and after I provided I got ghosted! Then this morning I get a call from some rude girl that says the “GM has employee pricing and wanted to know when I can come in”. I explained that I have been talking with Austin and provided him with info he needed and no one has called or texted me back. She was oblivious to the situation and knew nothing, got upset and ended the call with me saying she will pass it on to her manager. This was clearly some scripted pitch from some rookie that knows nothing. My time and yours is valuable, and although I know my situation may not be ideal to move a product today, you have a brand the Napeltons name, and your customer experience to protect I would think. Why I got ghosted, get Radom calls from “appointment setters” that know nothing about finance or how to sell a car, I have no idea. I hope you take this review as a training opportunity for your team. This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Quick to try and get me in and very optimistic in the start, but when a challenging situation comes up, you ghost customer, and hang up on them. Even knowing I may not be a customer today (I assume cause no one told me if it could work) I could have been one for the future when my lease it up and part of your future customer pipeline. Based on this, I’ll go somewhere else next year when I’m ready. To bad, I was hoping to have the same awesome experience I had when I purchased last time from you. More
I can not express strongly enough how unhappy I am with this dealership. Buy a car ANYWHERE else.My story: I found a used car I wanted. I gave my Sales Person Kamil Olechino $5000.They had agreed to fix a few items prior to us picking it up. Out of nowhere I received a text from Kamil informing me that someone else sold the car. They had sold the car out from under me. I was furious! The manager, Andrew spoke with me and apologized and said he would make it right and woukd look for another comparable car. He asked to allow him until Wednesday to find a suitable car.I said yes.He never called me back. I called and a left a message on Thursday and no email or call back. I followed up on Saturday and left another message with a manager names Bryce and the used car department manager and neither ever called me back. It has been 8 days. The WORST car buying experience I have EVER had. More
I came in for a simple recall on the airbags. It ended up being a total of 4 appointments spanning over a 10 week period to get my airbags replaced. When I made the original appointment I was clear on what I needed, and I made the appointment for a week away so they could get parts. They did not order parts and I was not called, so I was sent away and called back in a week later. On appointment 2, I waited 5 hours when I was told it would take 2 hours. Then I found out that only the passenger side airbag was replaced. They claimed to have ordered the correct parts, but recieved 2 passenger side airbags. They assured me that it wouldn't be long before they could finish. Over a month later I had to call them to see if my part was in. The following day they managed to find the time to call me back. They claimed that they ordered it but had no idea when it would be there. 2 days later I was called to make another appointment. This time I was told 1.5 hours, but 3 hours later the job still isn't done. They claimed the part was faulty and they needed to order a new one. Amazinging it only took 2 days for the part to arrive and finally today I have working airbags. Needless to say I will not be returning to this dealership for anything in the future! More
