I'm writing this on behalf of my husband, which was actually swindled by the Napleton dealer located in Arlington Heights, IL. It all started when my husband saw a 2019 Armada for roughly 28k. We had actually swindled by the Napleton dealer located in Arlington Heights, IL. It all started when my husband saw a 2019 Armada for roughly 28k. We had appointment for Saturday, December 26, 2020, we were greeted immediately. The receptionist called a salesperson to meet with us. We are now sitting down and talking to the salesperson Abdul O. My husband confirmed with Abdul that he was interested in 2019 Nissan Armada. He got the keys and escorted us out to the lot to look at it and to take a test drive. Everything is going good but as we all know when you start talking money everything goes left. First of all they tried to sell him all these packages, like inspecting the vehicle that we are purchasing, um why? we are sure the vehicle was inspected before the dealership bought it from a rental company but oh wait, the expense is passed on to the buyer...hmmm and then there was a total of about $7k worth of extra packages that was trying to be passed to the buyer, my husband...however my husband told the salesperson he did not want anything but what they called the Napleton package and was told everything else would be removed from the purchase price. My husband had a set monthly payment that he wanted and he had a trade. The salesperson Abdul O. called the lien holder for the trade to see what the payoff would be. The payoff was $4300 and so Abdul went to finance department and my husband was told that Napleton will give him $2000 for the vehicle. Here is the real problem..after researching the sale documents, we see the $4300 add to the sales price of the new vehicle...there should have only been $2300 added to sale of new vehicle and not the entire $4300??? I mean if I owe $4300 on my trade and Napleton is giving me $2000 on the trade then $4300-$2000=$2300, right? So my husband called all day on Monday December 28, 2020 for someone to call him back like the salesperson Abdul and the finance person (or the person who you sit down with to sign papers), Kissy but of course no one returned his call to even see what he wanted. However, he drove to Napleton once he got off work and tried to get an explanation of where does it show a $2000 payment for his trade on his paperwork. Why are all the charges that he didn't agree and was told would be removed showing on his paperwork. Also more importantly one of the managers didn't understand all the charges as well. After talking to about 4 people, NOT a single person could explain what happed to the $2000 he was due from his trade. This is what he got from the manager "we paid your trade in off" well NO, my husband paid off the trade in because Napleton added the entire $4300 payoff into the new vehicle. The paperwork should show either a $2000 credit or a $2300 payoff amount. So basically Napleton took the trade in truck and didn't give my husband anything for his trade. Lesson here...read all your documents before you sign anything, if you said you didn't what certain services make sure you don't see those charges on your paperwork, more importantly, you see the credit or the difference of your trade on the paperwork. I shouldn't need a lawyer or mathematician to calculate simple math and to make sure numbers add up and lastly, you are not be mislead and taken advantage of. I will not be referring another person to Napleton. Please can someone tell me where is the $2000? More
If I could give zero stars I would have. Found a few cars on Cargurus from their dealership. Went to their website to start the buying process and they quoted me $8,000 over what was on their website. Called on Cargurus from their dealership. Called them to ask them about it and they wouldn’t even talk to me about the car I was interested in. They only wanted me to come in. I wasn’t driving over an hour away without getting a price on the exact car that I wanted. More

Had a great service experience on 12/22 at Napleton's in Arlington Hts! I was in for an oil change/tire rotation appt for my 2019 Charger & would highly recommend Connie Klett as a Service Advisor! She prov Arlington Hts! I was in for an oil change/tire rotation appt for my 2019 Charger & would highly recommend Connie Klett as a Service Advisor! She provided excellent customer service from greeting me upon arrival, keeping me updated on status of my car & going over everything that was done.
