Salesmen and manager kept me there for hours working in a deal. Finally get an agreement only to wait for another hour to talk to the warranty sales person who was walking around eating and joking with sales deal. By this time I was just ready to leave. Finally get to the sales manager to do paperwork and was told about two free oil changes and windshield replacement insurance. Told him I would not be using the oil changes because the dealership was an hour away and did not need the windshield insurance because my auto insurance covered windshields. I look at the paperwork at home the next day to discover that the free oil changes where not free and I was charged over $300 for them and was charged for the windshield replacement coverage. It also took almost a year to get refund check for registration because if living in indiana and was charged $200 in late charges from the state. I emailed the dealership many times about the registration with no answer. Don't trust this dealership at all and I would recommend finding a different dealership all together. More
This dealership's service department is the WORST!!!! I bought my Jeep, and my husband bought a Dodge Charger from them in 2016. Since then I have had several experiences from there that I wish I could fo bought my Jeep, and my husband bought a Dodge Charger from them in 2016. Since then I have had several experiences from there that I wish I could forget. Every time I am promised a loaner, and it is never available. My husband just bought a Durango from them and I was complaining that there was a recall on my Jeep and that I have to bring it in for service but was really not looking forward to dealing with the service department. The salesman promised a good experience, he helped set up an appointment and promised me a loaner, yet again. Today when I called to confirm my appointment and the loaner, I was told there was none for me, and that for my 1-2 hour recall, that actually may take longer and more than 3 hours, there was no reason for one. They do not do loaners unless it is a high dollar service. They were incredibly rude to us on the phone, and couldn't care less about the customers. I won't go into the other horrendous service we have had, and we will be taking our service elsewhere from now on. More

Had to bring my 2013 Charger RT in for a recall and a new key fob. Got right in at the scheduled appointment time and was out the door with my loaner in less than 5 min. I was called back in a couple hours w key fob. Got right in at the scheduled appointment time and was out the door with my loaner in less than 5 min. I was called back in a couple hours with an update on what was going on. Turned out it was the module which had to be ordered. Car was done and ready the next day, exactly as promised. Great communication, great customer service. Top notch Service Department! Thanks again for taking care of me. More

I was ready to purchase a brand new car. This dealership would not give me any information about pricing unless I came into the store during a pandemic. They lost out on a sale of a brand new car. Who holds an "in store event only" during a pandemic?! More
