A bunch of crooks. Price on the internet for a used Jeep Cherokee was 21,995. Kept trying to run credit before even test driving. Wanted to but the car and they came ba Price on the internet for a used Jeep Cherokee was 21,995. Kept trying to run credit before even test driving. Wanted to but the car and they came back with a price of 30k!!!! xxx! Apparently there is a mysterious “used car certification fee” that can apparently range from 100 dollars to “thousands”. Not a chance. They wouldn’t budge on that price. 9,000 more than advertised. Absolutely absurd. Waste of time. They couldn’t (wouldn’t) even explain that cost breakdown. Shady. Shady. Shady. More

My star rating is for the service department, specifically Steven Parnow and Joanne Stickels. Our service advisor, Joanne, is great at her job. She communicates regularly, which is paramount to a specifically Steven Parnow and Joanne Stickels. Our service advisor, Joanne, is great at her job. She communicates regularly, which is paramount to a customer whose vehicle is in the shop. Steven Parnow is the service department manager. He also deserves recognition for being involved in the repair of my truck. Without these 2 on my side, I am not confident that Stellantis would have provided the parts this year. While I may not be the biggest fan of Stellantis and their ability to supply their dealers with parts. I 100% trust the service department at Napleton's Arlington Heights CDJR to keep our fleet on the road. More

Minimal (one star) Effort by “Corporate” Well here we are AGAIN! After multiple emails and phone calls (literally hours, days, weeks & months) with Disa Degrazia then most Professional Employee that T are AGAIN! After multiple emails and phone calls (literally hours, days, weeks & months) with Disa Degrazia then most Professional Employee that The Napleton Dealership Franchise employees. Disa and I agreed that there was some type of resolution to the worst buying experience ever in the history of vehicle purchases. As the two of us researched solutions, I also recommended that the Corporate staff be involved with sourcing the appropriate solution. Chris Norton (Finance Manager not Corporate) gave me a call the day prior to Thanks Giving (22 November 2023), during our conversation he asked “What’s your price?” I told him that I did not have a “Price” because Disa was currently in the process of researching potential maintenance package plans available at the dealerships near me. He was not confident that any maintenance plan could be purchased due to the moderate level of mileage on the vehicle that I purchased. I followed up with some online forum research about multiple maintenance packages and expenditures for the 2017 Silverado 2500HD that I purchased and provided them three courses of action. Chris Norton and Disa Degrazia conducted a conference call with me on Friday (8, December 2023) during this short phone conversation, Chris express his apologies for my poor service and negative experience, which is the only thing I received multiple times excluding the Napleton Arlington Heights sales associates (Alex B.) or sales manager (Alex Goldman). I mentioned to Chris that I did not need another apology. I was waiting on their corporate team to come up with their offer of restitution. Chris mentioned that the research and information I provided was well out of their ability and his only offer was to provide the difference of cost that I paid when I made the vehicle purchase ($221). Needed to be done in October not December. Ultimately to my knowledge, corporate still has not been involved. They just sent another finance manager as representation, and he provided the least amount of effort to resolving the issues that I had back in late September, early October. The reality is all I received was an apology and the purchase of a vehicle at the original listed price and what is now coming up months of communication, time and effort that I did not expect to have a single vehicle purchase. The one person that loses most in this entire experience is Disa Degrazia her efforts have been undermined significantly by the poor effort of the staff employed above her. This is a significant disservice and unappreciated response to her character, position, and efforts to resolve this matter. The $221 check still has not arrived so I’m not expecting to receive it! Below is my original review and experience from 5 October 2023. One star only because I can’t give ZERO stars! Napleton’s Arlington Heights CDJR has the most unprofessional Sales Management personnel I’ve ever dealt with. I was in contact with the dealership for two weeks (email and phone) to purchase a pickup truck. I was told six times that I would receive a call from the Sales Manager (Alex Goldman) to finalize the information required for the purchase. Alex Goldman never called me (six times), I was able to get him on the phone twice and he stated that he was on the way to a meeting and that he would call me immediately after and even set a 1:00pm call time. Never Called! I worked with Alex B. in sales confirming my request to purchase and she ensured that I would receive a call from the Sales Manager. I then received a text that my purchase request was put on hold due to someone coming in to see the vehicle. This was three hours after I requested to purchase the truck at the listed price. The truck has now been sold at the convenience of the dealership and not the customer. This is the most unprofessional group of sales representatives that I’ve ever encountered. Good Riddance! More
We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purch online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. Throughout it all Zak stayed with us through the whole process. We could not have asked for a better salesman - Thank you Zak! More
