Hidden costs. Napleton ads say that used cars sell for advertised price plus doc fee and tax, title and license. What a joke. When you get into a serious discussion about actually purchasing the car, th advertised price plus doc fee and tax, title and license. What a joke. When you get into a serious discussion about actually purchasing the car, the unveil the MANDATORY Napleton Protection Plan for an added $5000. This is VERY DISHONEST advertising. Stay away. BAIT AND SWITCH Stay away from this dealer. Went in to look at their trucks and online it's advertised at 35 after talking with ERICK the price shop up to 48K!!!! Why? Because they add on all these dumb warranties that 1. Are completely unnecessary 2. Warranties that they will not honor. Also Erick kept repeating you can go home over and over shooing us away. He was also pressing to run our credit over and over. Just to to his cut of an upcharged vehicle. If I could give 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. More

I have walked in Napelton Arlington Heights twice and have walked out angry both times. Terrible customer service, which is surprising because when buying/leasing from other Napelton dealerships I have h have walked out angry both times. Terrible customer service, which is surprising because when buying/leasing from other Napelton dealerships I have had a completely different experience. The manager up front told me they didn’t have a vehicle without even checking for it and then I found it on the lot. A customer service rep. advised they had employee pricing and then salesman Ben stated that was a “blatant lie”, used cars are “what you see is what you get.” Last time we went there to purchase a new Ram and went elsewhere, this time was for a Jeep and I will be going elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. I will be telling anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to avoid Napelton Arlington Heights at all costs. More
