This dealership likes to talk over women and charge people for package deals that were not MENTIONED NOR DISCUSSED. When we tried to return the Jeep 24 hours later they (JEFF THE SALES MANAGER and whoe people for package deals that were not MENTIONED NOR DISCUSSED. When we tried to return the Jeep 24 hours later they (JEFF THE SALES MANAGER and whoever was clocked in at 8pm on Wednesday night) LIED and said it could not be returned for 2 whole hours. To make matter WORSE they LAUGHED THE ENTIRE TIME! We were jokes to them. This establishment needs to be cleaned out of the DISRESPECTFUL employees. This should not be someone first experience buying a car. You all are terrible and I will get on every social media site to let it be known. More

Liars! I found a 2020 Jeep Cherokee online using Cars.com that was at this dealership. They contacted me multiple times even sending me a personalized video telling me to come see the Jeep. I spoke to a Nye that was at this dealership. They contacted me multiple times even sending me a personalized video telling me to come see the Jeep. I spoke to a Nyeshia and set up an appointment the following day to see it and she said they would pull it to the front. I spoke to my wife because the Jeep was for her and decided to drive the hour and a half there, on my birthday, to buy the vehicle. We got there and the salesperson at the front desk told me that Nyeshia was his sister and he would be glad to help me! He got my license and went looking for the Jeep. After 15 minutes he came back with no Jeep because it had been sold months ago! We told him that we just talked to them about it and they had told us it was here. He then tells me that they have a company that sets up appointments and has nothing to do with them. Liars! So how is your "sister" setting up appointments for here for vehicles that don't exist! They will say anything to get you in the door! We left angry having to drive back empty handed, on my birthday, with my wife now in a foul mood, on my birthday, for an hour and a half. Then they still have the nerve to keep contacting me about coming in to look at other vehicles. THE ABSOLUTE WORST More
Our salesman James Marolis was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. He made sure all of our needs were met. We even had our children with us and he made sure they were comfor beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. He made sure all of our needs were met. Switch and bait. Talked to them 2 days in a row about a few cars what I was looking for show up on the 3rd day and all the car we talk about were sold or had a deposit in place. I have purchased over 30 cars and have never had a worse experience than Napleton Off Lease. My wife saw a 2020 Volvo v60 advertised and went and test drove it. It was listed for ~$36,500. After the test drive, the salesperson told her there are over $4000 in dealer add-ons that were mandatory. Wheel and Tire protection, Car ID, Maintenance, etc. All these fees are just to make more money. Especially the Car ID product which does NOTHING for the consumer and what costs them less than $50 they require for $400 I believe. (see article for something close aarp.org/money/scams-fra…) My wife left as she is smart enough to know when she is getting swindled. The next day I called and asked to speak to the manager, I asked him how, under Illinois law, can they advertise a car for one price, and when you arrive the actual price is more than 10% of the advertised price. He told me if you read the fine print dealer-installed options does not have to be listed. I told him I would give him the advertised price. He said ok but I had to pay the $400 for the ID as it was already done. I told him ok. He agreed to call me back to give me a time when everything, including the paperwork, would be ready so we could just sign and drive. I filled out the credit app online and he called back a few hours later and told me 4pm. When I arrived a 4pm the original salesperson greeted us and the manager came out and told us everything is almost ready and it would just be a few minutes. We signed a few things with the salesperson and went outside to look at the car. After 25 minutes I went in and asked the manager how much longer and he told me they sold 4 other cars that day and we had to be patient. We turned around to go back outside and the finance manager stopped us and started berating us. It was an actual verbal assault! "You have to wait your turn. I shouldn't even sell you this car. I'm losing $6000 selling you this car. It is just a piece of metal to me. You called and quoted Illinois law to us. I'm crazy for even selling you this car. You need to wait your turn". Keep in mind there wasn't another single customer in the place. If the car wasn't exactly what my wife wanted, I would have walked out. I was flabbergasted. Another 15 minutes went by and the finance manager came and got us and we went into his office to sign the paperwork. There was no one in his office before us, and he started from scratch. Nothing was prepared. When he finally handed me the loan paperwork, he didn't have the $3500 down payment into the deal but at this point I just let it ride. We finished up and were walking out when the salesman said he was sorry for the outburst and was visibly embarrassed. "I'd ask you to write a positive review...." If all Napelton dealers play this add-on 10%+ to an advertised car price then they should be ashamed. It is blatant bait and switch. The law is on the book from when dealers used to charge $95 for pinstriping, not over $4000 of high-margin items no one needs. Someone from the dealership called a few days later and asked how our experience was. I told her the story and she told me someone would get back to me. I've never heard back from anyone. More

When we were seeing what the problem was with my car Kevin Elikan the technician got on the phone with me and explained everything thoroughly and took time out of his busy day. You don't find that from someone fixing your car. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. I recommend this place for service at any point in your cars history and especially if you have a Jeep or Dodge. Ask for Joanne Stickles for your Service needs and have Kevin Elikan work on your car, you wont be let down. More
