Jerry Lopata helped me through the purchase process. He showed me the vehicle inside and out and gave me a fair deal on the trade and new purchase. Very courteous and straight forward. showed me the vehicle inside and out and gave me a fair deal on the trade and new purchase. Very courteous and straight forward. More
Setup appointment to check out a vehicle when I arrived they gave me an offer on my car low balled it, the salesman went to get truck so I could test drive, he came back, without it because one of the ot they gave me an offer on my car low balled it, the salesman went to get truck so I could test drive, he came back, without it because one of the other sales guys broke key off so truck needed repairs! Then sales manager got involved promising me a call on Monday , they should have called me before I came in Saturday and told me about problem Monday came and went no Call on Wednesday they had the internet sales girl call me, She was very nice and apologized saying they sold the truck! Needless to say I was mad as heck! She offered to send a gift card to me trying to be nice and then tried to get me to buy another vehicle. Never sent gift card and this is how I was treated after I had already bought a RT Charger from them 4 years ago! Keep in mind when I brought my charger in for undercoating, someone took my car for a joy ride and burned a quarter tank of gas. Sales and service suck! More

I thought I was having a good experience with Napleton Off-Lease a couple weeks ago. I had worked out a deal on a Friday with Brian on an 2017 Audi Q7. I agreed to buy the car if they would take care of some cosmetic blemishes. I paid a $500 deposit that was supposed to give me the "right of first refusal" while I waited for the body work to be done. They said the car would be ready on Wednesday and I planned to come down from Michigan on Saturday to pick it up. I even emailed Brian on Monday to confirm we were on the same page with expectations. When I didn't hear from Brian on Wednesday, I left him a message asking about the car's status. His response on Thursday morning was that he had a day off on Wednesday and his general manager decided to sell the car to people who came in with a higher offer. While I did receive my deposit back, my warning is that a deposit and verbal promise means nothing here. It's an integrity issue. With inventory being so low and cars selling quickly, they probably do not care about blowing off a customer during this season. But time has a way of changing the business landscape. Update 8/24: I appreciate companies who own their mistakes and reach out to unsatisfied customers. Napleton Off Lease has done that with me and I have assurance that my experience is not something they are okay with and that it doesn't reflect how they normally do business. On this basis I would recommend them. More
My 2019 Cherokee lease ends soon and I want a 2022. I found that the 2022 Compass is all redesigned so decided on that. Another dealer was only interested in selling what is on their lot . When I came found that the 2022 Compass is all redesigned so decided on that. Another dealer was only interested in selling what is on their lot . When I came to napleton, I got sent to Daniel Staar. He said he’d be happy to order a 2022 for me. Of course they are just starting to build these so none are available to see. I picked out my options and placed the order. He followed up wIth me last week with a vin number so it will be built in the next month! Unless COVID-19 messes up the factory. So far I am very pleased and look forward to my compass arrival before October. He also checked my Cherokee that I will be trading in and quoted a fair price. More
My wife and I have been taking our past 2 Cherokee’s here for about a year now and Allan in service has been amazing! Keeps us in the loop on everything going on. 10/10 would recommend their service drive! for about a year now and Allan in service has been amazing! I had an appointment scheduled for a vehicle listed on their site, spoke to them night before my appointment and told the vehicle was still available. Spoke to them 3x prior to my arrival time and not onc their site, spoke to them night before my appointment and told the vehicle was still available. Spoke to them 3x prior to my arrival time and not once told the vehicle was sold “the day before”! Common courtesy was not used in this situation and the doubt this vehicle was ever available is high! I drove quite a distance. I have since asked for corporate office information 3x, which of course I was able to get that information myself! Do not recommend this dealership! Will use any other dealership! More
