I came up to the dealership from central Indiana to look at a low mileage used Jeep Wrangler. I was greeted instantly and brought to the Jeep with keys in hand. Without hesitation they let me go for a test at a low mileage used Jeep Wrangler. I was greeted instantly and brought to the Jeep with keys in hand. Without hesitation they let me go for a test drive. When we returned is when the real "fun" began. I had them appraise my current ride as a trade in which they came back with a low ball offer. I wasn't happy so I went to leave and they kept telling me to hang on. This must of happened six times but the deals weren't getting any better. I don't know how many times they ran my credit but when all was said and done I was able to get my trade in up to an acceptable value. Everyone was very nice and friendly and they seemed to be working hard to earn my business. I ended up purchasing a newer Jeep then I orginally planned but I'm very happy with it. The only thing is the added on there website clearly listed the dual top option as well as the window sticker but the vehicle only came with a hard top. They kept telling me it only had a hard top but there still brackets on the roll bar for the soft top(even instructions in the back showing to installed and operate the soft top). They assured me I wasn't paying for both tops and nocked down the price a little but I'm still suspicious. More

Went to purchase a Jeep in July. Dealership price gauged the vehicle by over $10,000 because it was the new third row Jeep. An individual claiming to be the sales manager lied about the price of the vehicle the vehicle by over $10,000 because it was the new third row Jeep. An individual claiming to be the sales manager lied about the price of the vehicle by saying the MSRP was wrong on the vehicle. Without authorization, they ran my credit through 14 banks, with the intent of seeing how much they can raise the vehicle price by. They even ran my credit days after I left the dealership, all without authorization. I came to the dealership with a pre authorized loan, but they claimed that the loan was denied by the bank that authorized it. I reached out to the bank and they advised me that they had approved the loan, but the sale manager lied and said they didn't in order to raise the price and interest rate. I am not the only one who has had this experience. Other individuals experienced this but believed the sales manager's lies. Looks like a class action lawsuit would be great for this dealership seeing that there are probably thousands of purchasers who have been robbed out of thousands of dollars. I understand salesmanship, but I don't tolerate illegal activity and fraud. More
