This Dealer have a lot of used cars at good prices shows on internet. But when you go there, The price is higher. They will make you nervous and add all kinds protection plans and warranties coverage to your bill, which you don't need. But eventually it will adds up in your car financing amount and you will end-up paying lot more money than you expected. The sale man didn't have any knowledge of the vehicle components. After you buy a car and go home. Then you think of calling and asking for help.....they will transfer you and put you on the hold long enough that you hang-up yourself. Really crap service, but they sell lots of cars by putting good price on internet... and cheats people when they go there. They are rude, unprofessional and will scam you. Don't touch this place!! Initial experience was Don't touch this place!! Initial experience was ok...after much research they had the right car for me at the right price. Although it took 2 hours to write up a cash purchase in January 31st, 2012, I left the dealership happy. The problems started soon after. As of this date, 4/2/2013,I STILL DO NOT HAVE A CLEAN CAR TITLE to my car. I have talked to the title clerk Diane numerous times and she has yet to deliver positive results. The hang up for her is that the original dealer who took my car on trade did not deliver to Napleton the lien clearance letter from original lender. Original lender USAA won't talk to me as I don't have authorization of original owner. So basically I paid cash for a vehicle I don't own!! To make matter worse is that I can't even get another temporary tag from the dealership so I can drive the vehicle legally. My original temp tag expired 3/2 so I am driving hoping not to get pulled over. I have called Jabari the finance guy about 4 times and he attempted to return my first call but I have not heard from him since. The General Manager, Sam Slice (?) has not returned my calls to him. Even though my voice messages to him detail the totally unacceptable situation I am in, he has been totally unresponsive So here I sit, praying Napleton doesn't go out of business but yet contemplating suing them for selling me a car they didn't own. I should have known something was up when the duplicate key I negotiated in my purchase never showed up.Salesperson Mike Siddiqui informed they would have it when they delivered the car to me. When it came time to deliver my car, Mike called from the road and said the key was in but since he was already in transit, they would have to mail it to me. Mike then called me a couple days later to tell me the parts lady would take care of it for me/him. She did indeed call, promised were made but still no key. Eventually we made contact with each other and she gave me the option of her ordering the key from local Mercedes dealer and I could pick it up when it came in. That was about 3 weeks ago. I called dealership to check in the key's status and they had no record of the order. When I inquired to the parts department just how long a key would take to get in, they said just a few days. I have since ordered the key myself and sent the reciept to Napleton for reimbursement. Think I have seen dime one yet????..fat chance. If they were closer to me, I'd be sitting in their dealership every day until things were taken care of. As such, at this point, all I can do is hit the phone everyday trying to get somebody to talk to me. WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER. More

Mike did not help me professionally, he wanted to sell me a Van, that he wanted to sell. I wanted a 2012 with navigation and heated seats, loaded. so he show me a 2013 because he said there wasn't in invento a Van, that he wanted to sell. I said ok, and I drove the 2013 which he said had everything I wanted. I loved it, he knew that. but I wanted the 2012 with everything and the rebates. We went inside to talk to Mark McAllister sales manager, Mark said that they would get one there from Muncie Indiana because I wanted a white one. I said ok, We came back a week later to make an deal, Mike said my van was on the sale floor,that they got it in. I was so happy.I trusted him and thinking this is the Van that had everything in there like heated seats and a navigation white just what I wanted, I did not know that Vehicle was a 2013. until he brought the paper work. then I ask him where is the 2012 from Muncie, he was so confused, he said that the on sales floor is the one, I said that is a 2013 loaded and out of my price range.Well they never got the one in that they promiss, so I test drove a 2012 with nothing in there that I wanted, I was so upset, so Sales manager Sam came over to talk to us, so he worked out a deal with the one on sales floor, which I thought had a navigation and heated seats I trusted Mike because he did not show me the sticker price.So I went back on Monday and he said he never me told me that when I had 2 witnesses. So they can't do much for me as far as a good price on getting these items installed. I am so fed up with that place and i will let other people no all about them. More
My experience at this dealership has been nothing but a nightmare. I was told that i was approved to buy a car. I came in and then found out that i was not approved. They took my reference sheet and cal nightmare. I was told that i was approved to buy a car. I came in and then found out that i was not approved. They took my reference sheet and called all my friends and family and asked them to "co-sign" on the vehicle for me. My friend decided to cosign for me. They led me to believe that i was also going to be on the contract. Sam and finance lady told me that i was going to be on the contract and i would be recieving 100 credit points over the next year. If i made 12 payments she would come off the contract and the contract would be in my name alone. They had me and her sign a contract. I thought everything was fine. They harrassed my friend and made her come in 4 times to resign the contract. That wasnt even good enough. They took the contract to her work and made her sign it. The final contract i was not on. They took me off and i found out that i will not be recieving any credit points and the car will be in her name. They lied to me and i have lost a friend over this. I have to send 650 dollars every month to a friend who wont even speak to me. She says that she is not able to obtain financing on a vehicle that she is trying to buy. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this dealership. Not only did i pay way too much, but i was lied to and i feel cheated. More

I was able to speak right away to Mark who is the Sales Manager. I explained my situation and he was able to take my trade in at a fairly good price that we agreed on. Being that my schedule is very complicated, the process to buy my new truck took almost a week. The staff worked very well with me, never once pressured me to sign a thing, and was able to purchase the truck at my convenience. They didnt SHOTGUN my credit report to 20 diffrent banks, one hit and that was it. Not only did I buy the truck, but after taking delivery I found a very small flaw on it which Tom the General Manager took care of for me right away. If your looking for a dealership that is not going to make you feel like they are stomping all over you, take a look at Napleton's Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram. More
