I have had my Chrysler in for service 4 times in 2 months for the same issue with no resolution. I was forced to drive hours out of my way to another dealership only to have them tell me that Napleton put a for the same issue with no resolution. I was forced to drive hours out of my way to another dealership only to have them tell me that Napleton put a faulty battery in my car. This is completely unaccetpable. More
This was an awesome experience! Nicollette Pellerito was great with the follow-up calls to get me into the dealership. The week I was scheduled to go into the dealership, my husband was admitted to the hos great with the follow-up calls to get me into the dealership. The week I was scheduled to go into the dealership, my husband was admitted to the hospital and remained for a week. Nicollette did not pressure me but I told her when I would try to get in and she gave me a call that week. At the spur of the moment I went in and was glad I did. Nicollette introduced me to Irving Medina and the experience was great. I did not feel pressured or rushed and the dealership was very relaxed. As we wrapped up the deal, I begin to observe the customers. All customers were treated like their business was important, whether they were purchasing or bringing their car in for repairs/maintenance. I had visited several other dealerships and the experience was nowhere near close to my experience at Napleton's. My husband had never purchased a brand new vehicle and this was a Christmas/Birthday gift for him. Irving even managed to find me a Dodge keychain. The look on my husband's face when we called and asked him to let the garage door up was priceless! We love that 2014 Dodge Challenger R/T and Napleton's has gained a customer for life! More
We visited this dealer twice and on the second visit, purchased a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our salesman Joe was helpful and the manager, Sam, was not pushy. It was the deal offered that made us buy, but the staff are the reason we will keep going back to that location. More

When I tried to get in touch with someone, it took 3 or 4 days. In addition, I wasn't given a code so that I could reprogram the keypad on the door. I was told to go to another Ford dealer to get the keypad days. In addition, I wasn't given a code so that I could reprogram the keypad on the door. I was told to go to another Ford dealer to get the keypad reprogramed. It cost me an additional $17. The price that I was quoted and the price on the internet, were not the price that I was charged. Apparently there is a charge that is made on all used vehicles but no one told me of this and it is not something that can be put on the sales slip. This was an additional $892 that I was charged that no one told me about. I was very unhappy with the way I was treated when no one would respond to answer a simple question. I bought the car "as is" with no warranty, but there was a problem with the gas fill sensor the first time I filled the vehicle with gas and I had to take it to a Ford dealer to get it fixed, which cost me an additional $80. I realize it was "as is" but I felt that it was something that wasn't disclosed when I bought the car. Overall, this was not a good experience for me and I won't be going back, nor will I give a good recommendation. More

I recently purchased a 2005 Town & Country from Napleton's. I worked mostly with the used car manager, Kevin, and was pleased with how well he treated me...even though I wasn't purchasing a brand Napleton's. The entire experience was positive from when I walked in the door and was greeted by the receptionist..all the way until I drove off the lot in my new (to me) car! -Pat More
