Joe DeGroot was a pleasure to work with. He was personable and trustworthy. He was respectful and very genuine. I came in armed with a ton of information and was not in the mood to be taken on the typical "let me see what the elusive guy in the back has to say" back and forth. Joe seemed more interested in making sure I was happy than in a commission or a "sale." I got the deal I wanted and then some, which is why I recommended Joe and Napelton to a friend who bought a car from Joe the following week. When I went to the dealership I was greeted by Matt Ripley who made my wife and I feel like family right from the start. It was absolutely refreshing to have a sales person who was willing to give me all the space and time I needed, wanting to assist rather than push a deal. I got a good deal on the car. The facility is beautiful and the service department is well equipped and efficient; there was a small problem with the car that I wanted them to address and they did so immediately stay past closing to get it corrected.
