The dealership is HUGH with a showroom that has all brands nicely on display.I found a Journey on the floor with a package that I was looking for . Erik Nunez came over over to ask if I had any questions. He was very patient and courteous no pressure and we proceeed to walk the lot for a car I was looking for. I did buy a new Journey that day and would highly recomend them- go see Erik. I had to have some service done and Eric Marcum in service took care of the problem. It is along drive from my house but well worth it. RIK More

Bad experience buying new car First, I do not recommend this dealership at all. Hopefully my story can help you when picking which dealer to buy car from. On September 9 mornin First, I do not recommend this dealership at all. Hopefully my story can help you when picking which dealer to buy car from. On September 9 morning, I called in and a phone operator answered, she is fine, like most dealership transfer me to the sales, another lady is nice, asked me which car I want to buy and told me that the car is still in stock. About 2 hours, a salesman called Sam Barakat phone number 708 259 1539, called me and we discussed the pricing, shipping and procedures. He ask me to provide buyer information such as names, address and phone numbers etc. On September 10 morning, I called in and want to confirm the process of shipping and other details and I sent out all the information as he request by 1pm since he said he will be on vacation in the afternoon.... September 10 2pm. This Sam B called me and said the car is gone! It was sold two days ago! I told him its very unprofessional and he just start talking about another car which is a lot more expensive. September 10 2:30pm, I filed a complaint on their website and a "manager" Sam P called me and said he will be able to locate a car from other dealer and sell me same car at same price. I said he will get back to me in 45 minutes. Unfortunately I trusted him again. September 10 5:30 pm. After 180 minutes waiting, I called back and my phone was directed to another guy name XXXX, he said Sam P is with customer and can not pick up phone calls. I asked I just need to get a result from him, yes or no, will that take 20 minutes to talk on the phone? He said the policy is not taking phone while talking with client. I asked him, don't you have a policy do not treat your customer like a stupid pig? September 10 5:45 pm, after 15 minutes meaningless talk, I am sure Sam P will not appear and take my phone. Its not I can only buy a car from this dealer on earth, I just think its very bad to find another dealer while your sales representative is working hard to locate a car for you. September 10 5:50pm, I finally give up and tell them I will not buy the car from you, tell them no need to replay my phone call. and to my surprise this XXXX said "that's good, bye". I am not native speaker and I do not really understand what good mean in this context. Readers, will you be happy to deal with a dealer like this? Or will you like to be treated like a real customer? Summary: I think there is three points behind this story: 1. They use cheap price on line as false presentation just to make you to stop by their dealership 2. They will then tell you the cheap cars were just sold and ask you to buy expensive ones 3. Its very possible that the dealer sold the car while talking with me. They may find a guy who is much more easier to cheat That's my story, its real and fresh. I will post this on every review site with worst feedback to them. If anyone is in doubt of the reality of this story, I can provide emails and voice record( I was afraid they change price at last second) to prove it. So, if you have other choice, do not go to this dealer. More
Friendly Service We just bought a new van from Napleton's today. I have to say that they worked hard to work a miracle. Our sales representative Joe Masi and Mike S We just bought a new van from Napleton's today. I have to say that they worked hard to work a miracle. Our sales representative Joe Masi and Mike Siddiqui did an outstanding job of helping us through a tough situation. Our credit was not the best due to our son's most recent illness and a boat load of medical bills and these guys went above and beyond to make things work out for us. I would never have imagined walking out with a new car as I was sure we would be stuck with only a used car, but somehow they made it work and we now have peace of mind that we will be able to get our son to Mayo Clinic for his on going care. Not only were they polite, and caring, but their facility is beautiful and very well maintained. The garage was spotless! The icing on the cake came when Joe explained we have access to free car washes for as long as we own the car. I would definitely buy from them again! I saw some people talk about the wait, and all I have to say is have you ever bought a car before? Buying a car is never a quick experience, and I did not find this experience to be longer than I expected. It all takes time and patience. I am looking forward to my car washes and maintenance visits. Way to go Napleton!!! More

They respond to your call on 1st or 2nd ring and that’s where great customer service ends. These people had my car for 5 1/2 hours. I called first time 2 hours after I left my car, left message – no response. Second call 3 hours after I left my car, left message again – no response. 3rd time I called service department manager, left message – no response. I had to work next day and I have no car and do not know what is going on. I rode a bike to get my car back and 2 min before arrival they called me and told me they have to order a new part. They had my car for 5 ½ hours. They just want to take your car regardless how busy they are and they do not care you most likely need your car. They do not respond back to you, etc. I was without car half of the day. They could schedule my appointment later that week or next week, take a look at it then do part ordering and fix it later. Did not leave my car with them will take to another dealer. This is my first and last experience with this dealership. More
Terrible Experience Very unsatisfied with the entire process. I spoke to a manager at the dealership on Friday evening and explained that I had a monthly payment goal and did not want to come into the dealership and waste a sales manager's time, or my own, if this goal was unreachable. I was told that he thought it could be met, they just needed to see my trade in to be sure. So I went the next morning, I explained exactly what I wanted when I arrived at the dealership, told Frank (Sales Manager) how much I wanted to spend a month and that I had spoken to the manager the night before and needed my trade in looked at. I already knew which car I was interested in, explained I did not want to test drive until I was told if the financial goal would be met ... he then proceeded to waste 6 1/2 hours of my day (while I had a 3 month baby with me) did not even discuss the finance with me until I got so fed up after over 4 hours that I demanded he ran my credit and gave me a monthly payment figure. The majority of the time we were in the dealership Frank was no where to be seen (pretty sure he went for his lunch at one point), he spent maybe an hour total with us. Once his Manager Sam got involved and I explained everything all over to him again he got things moving much quicker which I was grateful for. But everything he was saying to be confirming what I was looking for was incorrect, proving that the sales manager had not listened to a word I had said all day. After using up the entire day the dealership then got a little busy so after paying for the car Frank had no time for me to show anything in the car other than pairing my phone. We asked if the license plate was on correct and he said yes ... turns out when I took it back 2 days later it was on completely wrong so it had to be re-done. I also went back because I was not given the spare key - again hurried out of there after I paid. I was trading in a car and gave the payoff information for it, explained that my next payment was due the following Thursday - I was told they would definitely have paid off the trade in by then so that would not be a problem ... turns out my payment came out, so I called Frank and explained to him again, he gave me a finance managers name, I called and left a voicemail. Heard nothing, so contacted Frank again, this time he gave me Renee's name in the back office (this was on Friday), left another voicemail still with no response. I messaged Frank and asked him to personally follow up with Renee so it could get taken care of. Monday he called me to ask if I heard anything and said he would take care of it ... heard nothing back so Tuesday I messaged again and I got a phone call from him saying they sent a payoff check on Friday (after I had tried contacting 3 different people at the dealership to let them know the payoff amount had changed) and so I needed to call the bank and have them refund me the money because they were now over paid. It is going to take almost a month for me to get that money back ... something that could have totally been avoided. I went into this car buying process with a very clear objective, I made it so clear what I was after. I could have been in and out of the dealership within an hour easily if I was listened to. It was beyond ridiculous! More
Biggest Mistake Of My Life I originally visited this dealership to simply get a quote on my trade in. While waiting, I took a new Durango for a test drive. Let me start out by s I originally visited this dealership to simply get a quote on my trade in. While waiting, I took a new Durango for a test drive. Let me start out by saying I arrived around 7:30pm. The test drive once it started (took 20 minutes to locate the car I wanted to test drive) only lasted 10 minutes. That's when the hard sell started. Going back and forth with price for hours. Pushing 10:00pm I'm tired, I just wanted it to end. I regrettably agree to a price then proceed to wait another hour before seeing the finance guy. As I'm signing the papers I ask what my interest rate will be, he said that all the banks are closed at 11 pm and he would find out in the morning. Well the next day, I come to the decision that buying this car was a huge mistake. I show up to the dealership, first thing to talk about returning it. Sam P starts off saying that I can't, but he could put me in a cheaper car. I just wanted my car(the trade in) back. After talking a few minutes he says he would figure out a way to get me back in my car. But, he needed to get the ok from Alex, the GM. Who just happened to be off that day. This was a Friday. I'm told Alex would be back Saturday. I show up Saturday to make the trade, I wait 2 hours, Alex never shows up. Sam says that Saturdays are very busy and to try back on Monday. I come back Monday, I inform the salesman Nick to let Alex know I'm here. I wait 2 hours before Alex comes out, he says no one told him I was there. But I saw him walking around the dealership an hour earlier. I tell him how I made a mistake in buying the car and wanted to return it. The contract says returns are possible if the dealership agrees. So all I needed him to do is say yes. He says no. We go back and forth until I suggest I buy back my trade in. The Durango was 44 thousand Thursday night, 20 miles and 3 days later, he takes it as a trade in for 35 thousand. Saying that it's used now. They have cars on the lot with over a thousand miles on it from test drives being sold as new, but because they waited 3 days for the title to go through, it's used now. Now I have to pay the difference. Here's the best part, while sitting in the finance department, again, I find out they used incorrect info to push the original loan through. So not only did they screw me over with the whole "used" xx, but the falsified info to make a sale. All in all, I'm the one stuck in the end. More

She was enthusiastic and From the moment we arrived, EVERYONE was friendly (and knowledgeable). Our salesperson was Natasha Vay. She was excellent! She was enthusiastic and we test drove several cars with her as we were not certain at the time which SUV we wanted. This is the 2nd Dodge Jeep dealership we had been to, and the first dealership we went to the week before (whose name I won't reveal) was not as friendly or did not seem particularly interested in our business. Anyway, as with any car shopping it is always a good idea to research everything online first and do your homework! But we were given a very good price and fair trade in value (considering we traded in a 1999 car). I would highly recommend Napleton, and our salesperson Natasha, and also a shout out to Sales Manager Travis Tilton. I am 56, and have bought several cars over the years, and this was by far the most pleasant experience!! I would definitely return to Napleton for my next car purchase without hesitation. More

My experience with this dealer was a n Please think long and hard before doing business with this dealership, especially if you have an auto to trade. My experience with this dealer was a nightmare. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 6/7/2014 and traded in my existing auto. This dealer never paid off my trade yet they were actively advertising it for sale. I had to make the June payment on the loan in order to avoid late payments reported on my credit. On top of that, when I tried to contact the dealer to discuss the problem, no one would take my telephone call nor would they return the many messages I left. It took daily telephone calls to Dodge Corporate Office, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the State's Attorney Office, letters to Napleton Auto Group Corporate Office, etc. to try and get them to pay off the loan on my trade. Napleton finally paid off the loan on my trade vehicle on 7/11/2014 -- thirty-four (34) days AFTER I traded it in. If it weren't for all of my telephone calls, letters and complaints, I do not believe this dealer had any intention of paying off my trade until they had it sold. If you choose to do business with Napleton Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep, be assured that once you walk out the door, no one at this dealership will ever assist you with anything going forward. There are many other Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealerships you can buy a car from; there is no reason to shop at this store. This dealership is a prime example of what gives all car dealers a bad name. I have never dealt with people who were so dishonest in my life, but that's o.k., I believe in Karma. More
