They worked with me to fix my Jeep and when they decided that the Jeep should go back to Detroit, they just gave me another car. That is after my Jeep had 34,899 miles. Service could not be any better. Andy Purvin in service and Pete the service manager went way over their heads for me and when they could not fix my problem, they got the store GM Jody involved. Within 2 days I am driving a brand new car without any costs to me. More
I eould buy at nspletons anytime I went in knowing I owed too much on my trade in. I was told by 3 other dealerships that I couldn't get out of my car at least another year! Lies as far as the eye can see I don't even know where to begin. I've purchased many new vehicles in my lifetime but Napletons takes the cake as the absolute worst experience I've e I don't even know where to begin. Don't ever count on the manager you deal with, to be there a few weeks later. They go through so many managers there it'll make your head spin. I've had so many issues with my vehicle and can never get anyone to answer the phone. They say "we don't have a paging system" which is basically why when you call and ask for someone, you just get transferred to a centralized phone where anybody can answer. Here's my biggest beef: all dealerships have a referral system where if you send someone to them and they purchase a car, you get $200 as a small gesture to say "thank you"...well I've been promised my check for over 6 months, even in writing but none of that matters because Everytime I call, I get someone else and they always have some sort of excuse. ITS $200 people!! You can afford it! Anyway, needless to say, I'm still waiting and I have emails from months ago stating that the money is on it's way and blah blah blah. They never do what they say they will. Awful company!! I will make it my mission to bash them every chance I get, because nobody should be lied to that many times, or even ONCE...nobody! I gave them many chances to fix this before I took it to social media, but nothing was ever done...including multiple emails sent to the GM of the dealership, Alex...who STILL has not responded to me a single time, rather he just pushes it onto his assistant who also does nothing but lie for the dealership. Don't believe me on any of this?? I'd be happy to share my emails and texts with anyone who'd like to see! This is a terrible car dealership full of snakes. More

Credit Card Charged Falsely First, I was drawn into the dealership by an online ad for a new (4 miles) Cherokee. When we drove to see it, it was not new (2000 miles). We were shown another Cherokee and put a deposit on it. I was charged twice for $3500 on October 14 for a deposit on a car. The transactiopn was cancelled the next morning, and I was credited back one of the charges on October 15. I have contacted them 3 times and was told that it would be looked into and I would be contacted. It is now more than a month later with no response. I am getting frustrated that no action has happened. Monday I am going to report to the Better Business Bureau. More

I then had a reason to call back after the weekend and, of course, was unable to get through to anyone in service. It states that the phone calls are being recorded but I wonder if anyone is listening to the recordings. The girl who answers the phone is so loud that you literally have to pull the phone away from your ear and she talks so fast that you can barely understand what she is staying. She says she will connect you to service but all you ever get is a recording and I have yet to receive a call back from this organization ever. Also, on your website it has a place to see your "Staff" but it is blank. It concerns me that you no longer have any staff. I have left a message for Alex, the manager who I had to deal with when I purchased my car because of the horrible experience. Let's see if I get a return call. More

The determining factor for me is the price, not the salesperson; I can ignore the all-too-typical spiels and trickery and pressure. After emailing back and forth, I wound up with three good offers; the only salesperson who didn't get back to me with a final offer was from Napleton's in Arlington Heights. On my way to the dealer with the lowest offer, I stopped at Napleton's on the off chance they might beat it anyway. Turned out that the salesperson I was emailing with was off that day, which is why I hadn't received a response. I told the story to Sam, who brought in Nick; they're two of the nicest, most straightforward and customer-oriented people I've ever met. They understood that I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted, and there was no attempt to sell me up. Nick came back with a price that beat the other offers, found a van on the lot that was exactly what I wanted, explained what was happening behind the scenes during the unavoidable wait for the paperwork -- all in a pleasant and efficient manner that showed he valued my time and my business -- and Sam came by a couple of times to see whether everything was okay. (Okay, so the financial guy wanted me to buy an extended warranty -- but hey, that's his job.) So I not only got a great deal (one of the other dealers said I got a fantastic deal), I got a couple of great salesmen as an unexpected bonus. I know this sounds like it was written by shill from Napleton's, but it is what it is. More

When I want back to pick up my car at 3pm come to find out my car has not been touched. I did not receive a courtesy call to let me know my car wasn't ready. When I complained to Eric Marcum he had a careless attitude. He was actually trying to blame other workers for his mistakes. Eric Marcum is unprofessional . Told him I was going to make a complaint to corporate office he said who cares. Would never recommend this place to anyone. More
