They worked magic and in that process, they were very kind. I'm so happy that my husband talked me in to trading in my 2007 Escape. We are now the proud owners of a Crysler 200!!!! Our sales associate was Luigi Albassatneh and he was wonderful!!! The sales manager that crunched the #'s and got us an awesome rate and payment was Glen Connor!!! More
This place is terrible! Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Pulled into their serviced area and stood next to my car for at least 5-10 minutes before I was hel Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Pulled into their serviced area and stood next to my car for at least 5-10 minutes before I was helped or even greeted. Was told it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour. After an hour passed I went to check on the progress since no one had given me an update. I see my car in the service area and thought that it was done so I checked with the guy who took my info/keys. He seemed really disorganized and confused and low and behold my vehicle hadn't even gone back into the shop yet! He told me they were running behind (mind you no updates or apologies given over the first hour of waiting) and it would be done in 15 minutes. I sat and waited another 20-25 minutes and finally was told my vehicle was finished and then paid. Went to get my keys and vehicle and the porter at the valet stand said my vehicle was not done yet as he didn't have the keys yet...so more waiting. Finally after waiting a hour and 45 minutes I was out of there. I guess there estimate of a 45 minute to one hour oil change was a little off. And to top it off they never did the tire rotation that I paid for and requested. I was so irritated and stressed and that I just left and will pay to have it done somewhere else. I never received any apology about the length of time or lack of updates. This may be a blessing in disguise as my wife and I are in the market for a new jeep and I can cross of Napleton as a possible dealer since there services is so poor! More

Unprofessional, dishonest dealership! Stay away! Negative Stars!This has to be the worst dealership I've ever visited. It started out like this. I saw an advertisement for a barely used 2015 Chrysler Negative Stars!This has to be the worst dealership I've ever visited. It started out like this. I saw an advertisement for a barely used 2015 Chrysler 200 on 06/18/2015. I chatted with a customer representative on the dealer's website and within minutes, I received a call from a person named Luke. he seemed very friendly and I asked him all the questions regarding the car I had on my mind. He gave me his cell phone number and asked me to give him a call if I decide to stop by. Since I live about 35 miles away, I wanted to make sure that the car completely fit my needs before making a visit so I called him up again and asked him if there were any specific dealership fees that they charge and he assured that the only charges remaining were title , tax and license. So I go to the dealership, meet a sales representative named Edward. He was honest for sure but was terribly rude and misinformed. He was reluctant to give me any sort of information about the car. At one point, I asked him if the car had heated seats and he responds : "For this price do you expect heated seats?" in a crude manner. It was a 2015 limited Chrysler 200 and he told me it was a base 2014 Chrysler. So much of wrong information. I asked him for a brochure. He didn't have any. Later, another person, his manager named Robert meets us and gives us the OTD quote when we asked him for the specs sheet. To our surprise, they included some random "LOT fee" of $1300. When I asked him about it, he went back in to get his manager and we waited there for about half an hour. Later the manager arrives (Didn't catch his name) and tells us that the best he can do is reduce it to 710. Later, Robert tells us that we could get more discount if we have a friend of family member working at Chrysler so we left the dealership. The next morning, I call up Robert, give him the Chrysler Control number, he said he would get back to me in an hour, no call back. Later that evening I get a call from his manager who tells me in a rude and sarcastic manner that the Chrysler control number is applicable only for new vehicles and he won't reduce a single penny from the price he gave me. A few hours after that, I receive a call from Luke again and he acts all clueless about any such thing as "LOT fee" and he assured me that he would get this cleared up and give me a call the next morning. Did I receive a call? No. So I call him back and now he acts as if we never spoke about all this and there's some mid month sale going on and today is the last day. When I asked him about the status on the LOT fee, he abruptly redirected the call to someone else and that person did nothing but persuade me into coming to the dealership. I told him straight forward that I would only come if I have a clear quote but he wouldn't give me one. Later, he told me only some manager named Manny would be able to give me a quote and that I would receive a call from him. No call received. I'm thankful that I never did business with such a shady dealer. More

My truck had four dent's to be removed after the sale. Mike sent a porter to pick up the truck, I showed him all the spots. After a week my truck was returned to me with only two dents fixed, no gas and the truck was covered in bird xxxx. So much for the free car washes they brag about. I called Mike up and he had the porter bring the truck back again another 65 miles put on the truck they put more miles on the truck than I did in the first month, Finally the truck was returned fix and clean except all the cheetos under the seat, Mike promised me some all weather floor mats and to have my truck programed for the brake controller for all the trouble, But again forget about a return phone call. I even called the general manager Jodi? and left several messages with no return call. BUYER BE WARE sales yes service HA HA HA HA they suck. More

The problems I have with this company are their customer service and their organization. It is just HORRIBLE. First off my boyfriend bought the truck from them and they put my number down for the bank to contact him, also they have my number in their system to contact him, and one time Sam called me and asked for me but my boyfriends last name, come one people get your things together. So then when my boyfriend gets his payment book we call the bank to help us walk us through on making an online account through my cell phone number and is says “we recognize your number please put in the last 4 digits of your SS#”, so we put his SS# in and it works, but why off my cell phone #. I find out Napletons gave the bank my number to reach my boyfriend. On top of that they send me emails to my inbox to reach my boyfriend and when I respond to them they flat out ignore all emails, even when my boyfriend messages them through my email. They send me an email asking how was our service, and I gave them nothing but negativity because they just flat out ignore every message I have sent them. Why ask someone how you are doing or how has your vehicle been treating you when you ignore their questions?? MANNY is the worse, you would expect him to answer considering he is a manger.. Wrong! I got to the point where I had to call George to straighten out the situation with an oil change I had to get, and he responds “are you sure your oil is low, you just bought it two weeks ago”, as if I didn’t know how to read??!! They sold us the truck with 27% oil life, check your oil life before they sell you the vehicle! They all act nice to you in your face but once you buy that vehicle they just don’t care about you anymore. My boyfriend was promised a detail, floor mats and a free oil change if we did a review, then they say “oh you need two reviews, so I did one on google + (now deleted, because what I wrote wasn’t true about them anymore) and one on here, that was previously positive. Then they give my boyfriend trouble when he goes and gets it because they can’t find it themselves on the internet to print them… He does finally get his free oil change. However, we did not get our floor mats or detail because they like to lie to you. So when my boyfriend does get that oil change they say to him if you guys have questions you have to come in not email… We live 20 miles away!!! Answer my emails or calls for that matter, they don’t even know how to pick up a phone and dial you back after listening to their voicemails, what is the point of them having a voicemail if they don’t call back? About a week later I receive a call from one of their representatives calling my phone once again to reach my boyfriend, I tell her this is actually his girlfriend and told her the many complaints I had about the staff, and she said a manager will get back to you later today, I told I won’t because they are not organized, and she said the manager should, and I said ok I trust you, and of course they never called back, they just don’t care about their customers. I will never buy a vehicle from this location again; their customer service is the worst I have ever seen in any company. This website will not let me update the stars below, but they should all be on the "poor". More
