Purchased a H3 Hummer Purchased a used H3 hummer thru napleton's dealer 3 months ago plus bought a extended warranty haven't even drove the truck over 3k and it's been noth Purchased a used H3 hummer thru napleton's dealer 3 months ago plus bought a extended warranty haven't even drove the truck over 3k and it's been nothing but issues after issue not to mention napleton care less about it and the warranty bought isn't covering the cost which was told when I bought the warranty it was bumper to bumper it wasn't they tried getting me into a different vehicle to help me out according to them but I had to pay for all the repairs out of my pocket plus lose all the money but into the truck plus value lost then-trade the hummer pretty much digging me deeper into a hole . That's not the way to do business there excuse it's a used vehicle and they don't have a magic ball to know about it . More

***STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY*** I would love to give this dealership negative stars! In 20 + years of buying cars this is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had, by fa I would love to give this dealership negative stars! In 20 + years of buying cars this is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had, by far. The sales staff is completely dishonest, and the General Manager Jody Adams is certainly the shallowest of shallow. Every time I spoke with him, the invoice price of the vehicle changed, and the rebates I was qualified for changed. This guy is not capable of telling the truth. I am the type of person who will pay for customer service, and this was such a bad experience I would not buy a car from this dealer for $10k under invoice. They started with a 4 square, which is never good for a consumer, by their math which was a good deal (for them) they were charging me almost $20k over sticker price and that was if financing was a ridiculous 10% If you are a buyer, never do a 4 square, period, as a matter of fact never buy from this dealer. If they have the car you want, go to another dealer and ask them to do a dealer trade, you can get the same vehicle and save yourself thousands of dollars and not give yourself an ulcer. To prove to myself that Jody Adams was as dishonest as I thought, I asked him to throw in a $60 part and $80 floor mats for the truck I wanted. He had a sales person call me back and say that the dealer cost of the items I wanted would cost $400 and he could not afford that. Little did he know that I already spoke to his parts department and received a quote over the phone for the prices I mentioned. More
