I would give negative stars if possible I leased Charger R/T and realized later they added 6k to the MSRP and a .002 money factor. To make that clear - they told me a price of 35,050 for the I leased Charger R/T and realized later they added 6k to the MSRP and a .002 money factor. To make that clear - they told me a price of 35,050 for the car, and then wrote 41,000 into the lease contract to achieve a monthly payment supposedly for the 35,050 car. I complained to the GM and he told me that he could have me resign for only 4k over the msrp. As this was my only option, I took it. Be very careful their prices are extremely high, and I in my opinion they use deception, high ball, and bait and switch techniques to trick their customers during their sales. This is the worst buying experience I have ever had, and I curse the day I set foot in this dealership. This dealer will high ball you hard core on their first #. Most dealers will high ball, this one high xxxxx to an extreme. (They wanted 680/mo to lease a 41k car. You could actually just but it outright with no money down for less than that, and this is a lease?!?!?) They also will try to put you through a 3rd party finance company instead of Chrysler Finance in order to deny you the APR that you deserve based on your credit score. I have a top tier credit score but they used a .002 money factor. Chrysler is offering .001 (HALF!) for my credit score. If you see "US Bank" on any paper work from them run screaming from this place. More

Terrible service experience Absolutely the worst auto service experience I have ever had. Took our company vehicle - Dodge Caravan- in for simple replacement of 2 wheel bearings Absolutely the worst auto service experience I have ever had. Took our company vehicle - Dodge Caravan- in for simple replacement of 2 wheel bearings. First told that one of the bearings was not in stock so van would not be done later the same day. Next told that one of the new bearings was damaged so it would not be finished on Saturday. After several broken promises regarding when vehicle would be finished, it was finally done after 5 working days! And this was for replacement of one of the most common wear items for one of the most popular minivan sold in the country. Parts department was incompetent for not having the parts in stock. The service department was incompetent for not being able to schedule the work or get it done in a reasonable timeframe and customer service department was incompetent for repeatedly lying about when the vehicle would be done. The fact that they provided a rental/loaner for 2 days does not compensate for the terrible service provided a this establishment. More

However, I was greeted by friendly staff and provided the opportunity to work with salesman, Matthew for my car buying needs. I was interested in the Jeep Renegade and we went for a test drive right away. I had done a lot of research on this car and knew the one I wanted was at this location, but I was nervous about numbers ($ amount financing, monthly payments, interest, etc.) Matthew listened to my concerns and my need to be in a certain ball park with the numbers. Matthew assured me I would leave happy and I did. After working with Matthew, Jody and Angelo, I bought my new Jeep Renegade! I feel everyone worked with me to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. Their patience was never ending as I communicated over text with my father to keep him updated on my purchase. I left after 10pm. I know there were still customers waiting after me. The dealership technically closes at 9pm. To me this was a true sign of how the staff and salesmen at Napleton go above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves satisfied. The facilities were clean and many other staff members smiled and asked if I needed anything while I was there. I know I can call Matthew at any time with any questions about my new car. If you are interested in purchasing a car, I highly recommend you visit Napleton and look for Matthew. He'll be the one in the bow tie. More
