Quick to respond at first but I had been corresponding with the "Internet" team at this dealership for a couple of days, then got a "canned" email from Jody Adams. This prompted me to check their website and they now had pictures of the vehicle that prompted me to contact them them in the first place. So I emailed them late at night to make an offer on that used vehicle. I told them that I would put a deposit down as soon as they contacted me and negotiated the selling price. Well, I waited the whole next day to hear from them and I finally called them when I got home from work. I was originally told the vehicle was still available and they would have someone call me back. No call back from Jessica or the "Internet" team I had previous communications. Finally got a text from someone stating that there was someone there right now looking at this vehicle and later that it was sold. Considering that I made an offer the night before and got no response from anyone, I would be cautious in communicating with this dealership. More

Zero customer service I contacted this dealership no less than seven times between Nov 24-27 in an effort to purchase a pre owned Jeep vehicle I saw online. Taylor in the Internet department was totally impossible to get any return call or information from. I worked for Chrysler Corp for many years and have also been in the retail segment of the automobile business in the past. Had I had the lack of concern that I experienced from this dealer I would have never had any repeat customers. I am very dissapointed in the lack of customer service I received from this dealership. If I had a survey your CSI would be affected accordingly. More
