EXPECTED MORE FROM THEM My husband purchased me my Jeep that i always wanted for my birthday in March 2016. Robbie and Jody went far and beyond to make me happy. A month after i received my car the window power panel started to pop up. I had contacted Service and was told that i needed to bring it in to be evaluated. To make a long story short it took 2 months and 5 visits to get this fixed. I was told every excuse in the book on why it was taking so long. I was even told that the part that i needed wasn't available in the US.When the part was finely put in can you believe they put in the wrong part? I couldn't adjust my mirrors because they put in the wrong part. They never even said anything to me. I had to find out on my own when i needed to adjust my mirrors. I was shocked! One would think SERVICE would of figured that out when they installed it. So back to the dealership i go!. Sadly the same problem has happened on the passenger side as well. So i have been waiting a month for them to get the order in. I was told that it would be taken care of ASAP. So now its October.... I've had my car 6 months and been waiting 5 months for Service to get the parts repaired on my car. They do not care about the fact that this was a new car or how you are treated. It seems that they spend a lot of time finger pointing and NOT ANY time resolving the problem. This was a gift to me and they have made it so awful. They NEVER call you back. Doug Adams has stepping in several times to help at times because he knew I was in tears. He was wonderful but sadly as soon as it was put in SERVICE hands the ball was dropped and you are put to the bottom of the pile. They don't care if you have to change your schedule 17 times to get things fixed. They don't try to please you and make thing smooth for you. I was told i would have a loaner when they had to fix my car....didn't happen! Someone needs to tell them that they're a car dealership and to please the customer. My husband spent over $28,000 on my car and they can't fix the problems with my brand new car? There have been many times i have been in tears that my husband had to step in to try and get issues resolved. I love Robbie, Jody and Doug but refuse to deal with anyone else because of the way I have been treated. What was to be the best gift ever has turned into the worst. I actually wish it never happened!! More
What a bunch of great dealership!! We came out to Napleton's to buy our Jeep because we were so impressed with this dealership after they held the Toys for Tots Jeep Run last December! We came out to Napleton's to buy our Jeep because we were so impressed with this dealership after they held the Toys for Tots Jeep Run last December! People came from all over to be involved in this spectacular event! The trailer brought in by the Marines was chock full of toys! With care and commitment like this, we wouldn't go anywhere else. The people we dealt with were professional, kind and courteous. They took care of us well and this was the best car-buying experience we have ever had! We would recommend this dealership above all others! More

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE Sales professional did a great job, but was slow and long. Finance professional was just that, professional. Service and all support people were wonderful and exceeded all of my expectations. I will never purchase another vehicle anywhere else other than NAPLETON. On a service visit,my first, I was even more impressed. Doug Sklut was Awesome and was everything a service consultant should be and Douglas Adams made me feel like family.
