1000% SCAM! This place advertises a 2023 Dodge Durango GT Plus at $43,680. I arrive to purchase the vehicle at the internet price (With no stars or disclaimers This place advertises a 2023 Dodge Durango GT Plus at $43,680. I arrive to purchase the vehicle at the internet price (With no stars or disclaimers!!) and am told the actual vehicle price "will start" at $4,000 more... This brand new car had an extreme amount of dirt under the detailer plastic, water marks on the interior it doesn't make any sense....This is your typical bait and switch dealer with absolutely not a flinch from the sales team! Stay FAR AWAY! I did not work with any of the team required to be listed . More

My husband found a vehicle at this dealership online and made an appointment to test drive it. When he got to the dealership, he was told that the price had increased $4000 than what is online on their web made an appointment to test drive it. When he got to the dealership, he was told that the price had increased $4000 than what is online on their website even though the website states the price has decreased $3500 in 35 days. How disappointing. More

I stopped by one night after work to take a look at and drive a used Cherokee advertised as Certified for $27,497. After the test drive, the salesman (Jerry) asked if I would like to buy it and I explaine drive a used Cherokee advertised as Certified for $27,497. After the test drive, the salesman (Jerry) asked if I would like to buy it and I explained I had another one I wanted to go look at, which seemed to shock him. He brought his manager (Isaac) over and I explained that I wanted to look at another one and also wouldn't buy a used car on a rainy night- I'd have to see it in better light. I asked for an out the door price (something I've done at other dealerships with no problems) and he dismissively said "You're in Will County right? That's 8.5%.", implying I can do my own math. Yes, I can do my own math, but other dealers never seemed bothered by simply giving me total price. I also wanted to make sure there were no added fees. So I said "Okay, 8.5% tax. And how much is your Doc fee? Any other fees besides the usual tax, title, plates and doc fee?" and he said "Nope, that's it." I had to leave town for work for a week and the other one sold. So this past Saturday, it was a nice sunny day and I decided to drive out and take a better look. At this time, it was advertised at $26,994. After taking another look with Pedro, I was interested, but asked about the price and if there was any room, since it has been dropping quickly since first being listed at $28,995. I asked for a total out the door price since I never got one last time. He was happy to provide it, but maybe that was because I was interested in buying. When he came back with the price sheet, I noticed the price was $4000 more ($30,994), plus tax, title, plates and doc. fee. I asked why it was $4000 more and was told that was because the vehicle was certified. I immediately said no deal and was ready to walk away. Their website and the Autotrader ad both say "Used car prices plus tax, title, license & $347.26 doc fee" and make NO MENTION of an additional fee for certified vehicles. Pedro understood and asked if there was a way to make a deal. I explained I was pissed off and didn't want to give Napleton my business and he said "What if I can get you a deal you wouldn't believe?" and I agreed I'd be interested but I was not hopeful. He asked if I would buy it if he could get it at $26,000 plus a second key and still be certified. I told him I doubted that would happen but I would agree to that price. After talking with his manager, he said he could not get that price but tried to steer me into another car, but I was not interested in anything they had. He tried to get them to honor the advertised price- this is not on him. He asked what I was looking for in a Cherokee and went to check the back to see if they had anything not listed yet. Eventually, he came back with a sales manager (Kevin) who offered to take $1000 off the certification fee for a price of $29,994. I declined to pay any more than the car was listed for and clarified with Kevin that any vehicle listed on their website as Certified was actually subject to an additional $4,000 fee on top of the price advertised and he answered that yes, that was correct. The fact that Napleton advertises a vehicle as Certified for a certain price implies that price is for a Certified vehicle. The website and ad make NO MENTION of an additional fee to purchase the vehicle AS ADVERTISED. Also, when I was there previously and SPECIFICALLY ASKED if there were ANY OTHER FEES, Isaac said there were none. After calling them out, they increased the price online but three other certified Cherokees did not change- just the one they were called out on. Matt Hadziahmetovic, who keeps sending auto generated emails bragging about their sales experience, never replied to any messages. Pedro stopped communicating when I asked how to contact Matt. Customer Care never responded to the form I filled out on their website. The morning after submitting this review, someone finally contacted me to "make things right" if I take the reviews down. More
Horrible experience! I rarely write reviews btw. However, DO NOT bring your business to this dealership. Scheduled an appointment to test drive a used car. Upon arriv I rarely write reviews btw. However, DO NOT bring your business to this dealership. Scheduled an appointment to test drive a used car. Upon arrival the car was not ready to test drive, lack of salespeople, waited for 15-20mins for a salesperson to test drive the car with us. But wait there is more. The young salesman vaped the entire time during the test drive (inside the car) and after the test drive. The car was dirty inside and out, at least attempt to make it look nice inside. The front passenger tire only had 9lbs of pressure in it according to the car dashboard. Safety hazard for a test drive? "Ohh it will be ok, we are just going down the road said the salesperson." Upon returning, we said thank you, but we are not interested in the car anymore. Then, proceeded to show us other used cars and would we be interested in testing driving those or purchasing. As we explained where we were at on the car buying journey, clearly it wasn't not heard or received well. We went inside to get some contact info from our salesperson. Then, was approached by a mgmt team member who proceeded to tell us WHAT we needed in a used car, pricing, talk trade in, how fabulous the dealership is, and that rest assure we shouldn't leave as we have the perfect used car on our lot for our needs. If anyone in the dealership took the time to understand our needs and where we were in the car buying journey, maybe I could write a positive review. That salesperson tactics are pressure, pressure, buy now. If you are in the market for a new or used car. Go to any other dealership, other than this one! More
