This dealership promotes the negative connotation that goes with selling cars! They use the "bait and switch" technique to bring you in and then don't deliver what was promised. We were assured that the TRX that was advertised was "on-site" and was told the car and "team" would be ready for us. Drove an hour to check it out, no-one was ready for us, and they didn't even have the truck there! Had about 10 different explanations of why, none of them probably true since each person had different stories. Bottom line, we left immediately and ended up going to a different dealer and purchasing from a dealership that values their customers. My advice: Do not waste your time with this dealership! Cannot deliver what they advertise and can't trust their word. By the way, the truck is still listed on their site for sale 2 days after this happened. More
