Dealer was busy that day, but as soon as he became available sales rep Abdul greeted my son and I and got to work right away. I had made an appointment to test drive a specific car that I found on th available sales rep Abdul greeted my son and I and got to work right away. I had made an appointment to test drive a specific car that I found on their website. From the beginning he had a "no pressure" approach, for the test drive he suggested a route and let my son and I go on our own. When we got back and decided we wanted the car he got to work on our deal. He was very good at explaining all the add-ons so we could make an informed decision whether we wanted them or not. Once we reached a deal he was very efficient with the paperwork he wanted us to get going asap because it was getting late and we had over an hour drive home and my son had school the next morning. After finalizing our visit with the finance guy our new car was waiting for us, freshly washed and with a full tank of gas!!! I will definitely see Abdul next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.
