Horrible experience buying a car from them, they are not very ethical and they don't stand behind their product. They would not even fix an item that was covered under warranty because they said their shop very ethical and they don't stand behind their product. They would not even fix an item that was covered under warranty because they said their shop would charge the sales department for it? So I had to pay more for the car to have it fixed. I was already paying over list price because they said they could not sell it for their listed price online. They said that is the list price then there are additional dealer fees for another $5,000. to close. They are crooks. More

What an amazing experience. I recently bought a new car from Napleton’s CRJ in Arlington Heights. My sales person (Abdul) was great, he listened to my needs and help me get into I recently bought a new car from Napleton’s CRJ in Arlington Heights. My sales person (Abdul) was great, he listened to my needs and help me get into the vehicle I was interested in. At no point did I ever feel pressured or stressed.
