Just purchased a car from Napleton/Off Lease and my husband and I are very happy with not only our new vehicle, but the customer service by the team that worked with us. We originally went to the Dodge husband and I are very happy with not only our new vehicle, but the customer service by the team that worked with us. We originally went to the Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership, and the gentleman who greeted us kindly redirected us across the street, where we met with Patrell. Patrell was friendly and informative, super easy to talk to. Kudos to him and his boss for handling negotiating with my husband on numbers. Appreciative of the compromise. Marco in the Finance department was great as well — once I got to sit down with him to sign paperwork, it was smooth sailing. Everyone we came in contact with greeted us or checked on us, and even the follow up via phone has been great. More

Excellent car shopping experience! I was shocked to be greeted by the young woman receptionist when I walked in who welcomed me and asked how she would be of assistance. Lots of dealer I was shocked to be greeted by the young woman receptionist when I walked in who welcomed me and asked how she would be of assistance. Lots of dealerships either ignore you or have multiple sales people vying for your attention. She quickly got Irfan to help me look at the truck I was interested in test driving. Irfan could not have been more professional throughout my visit. He answered all my questions and brought the truck around for my test drive. Although I ended up not buying the truck, no pressure was put on me to buy some other vehicle I really didn't want. Irfan and the Napleton dealership followed up later to see if there was anything else they could do to assist me. What a breath of fresh air! I will be back. More

Terrible dealership, false advertising, up charging vehicles with hidden fees!! Truck listed for 35,500$ I offered 39,500 out the door they said 41,500 $ That's 6000 I fees which should have been no vehicles with hidden fees!! Truck listed for 35,500$ I offered 39,500 out the door they said 41,500 $ That's 6000 I fees which should have been no more than 3500$ in taxes and fees. Alex, Matt , and Irfan not very helpful and obviously didn't want to sell the truck since it's been three weeks and the price is now 33,499 and still hasn't sold !!
