I have continued to go to this dealership and I don’t know why, their service department is the worst I have ever seen. Everytime I have brought my truck here they have done absolutely nothing but charge know why, their service department is the worst I have ever seen. Everytime I have brought my truck here they have done absolutely nothing but charge me money. I was just there today for a faulty gas tank/ gas pump constantly clicks when trying to fill up. And they said they tried to get gas and it didn’t take any gas. I was at half a tank and when I talked to the service advisor Emiliano . He said it was full. That was the issue I struggle to get gas and I explained this to them multiple times. And they said they couldn’t do anything till I come back with less gas. Makes no sense. They waste your time and take your money. Stay away!!!! More

Very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. The only negative part in the whole process was that it wasn’t shared with me that my vehicle was missing a key. I did not receive this news until after I paid the clerk, then was handed the single key. I have never purchased a vehicle and received only one key. This is especially disappointing because I bought a Chrysler from a Chrysler dealership. The spare key copy will now cost me another few hundred dollars. Overall, Great experience. I am happy with my purchase. More
