My sales experience and service visits have all been phenomenal. Best dealership I have used and I am 63 years old and have been to many. Over the last 6 years, I've had two different pre-owned Porsches serviced at the dealership, neither of which I purchased from Napleton. This is a very busy service center, with plenty of clients and lots Porsches serviced at the dealership, neither of which I purchased from Napleton. This is a very busy service center, with plenty of clients and lots of activity. Nevertheless, they've always been fair in their dealings with me, prompt and attentive, and they're always careful with my car. In addition, their workmanship is first-rate, and their prices are competitive (these are Porsches, after all). I've owned a number of different kinds of cars since back in the day, so I've had plenty of opportunities to deal with service and sales folks. Some of those interactions have been excellent; others have not. It's been my own experience, however, that it works best when everyone---dealer and client---views the interactions as part of a long-term working relationship. When I've done that, things have worked out very well. Conversely, if or when I've been combative, rude, or (in retrospect) unreasonable, the interactions were not so good. In my experience over the last 6 years, the Napleton folks have never been unreasonable, and on balance, they've provided me with exceptional service and support. Consequently, they've earned my confidence, my loyalty, and my support. Give them a try; I think you'll agree. More
The Porsches are very complex automobiles and I realize require good and regular service. The frustration for a customer is going into a service department and not either undertanding or realizing the wor require good and regular service. I recently took my 07 Boxster to Napleton for service. My new car warranty was about to expire and it was time for a thorough inspection and scheduled maintenance. Since 2001 I have had all maintenance on my last 3 Porsches done at Napleton. Why? I could not ask for better service. Kerry Terlep, Mark Greco and the entire staff at Napleton make you feel like Family. They take all the time you want to discuss any issues, concerns, questions you may have and keep you informed on the status of your service. When service is complete they revue all the work they have done and the health of your car. They have never tried to sell me any unnecessary service. The entire staff, sales, service, parts,etc., under Ron Barnaba's leadership, has been outstanding. I have owned over 50 vehicles in my 70 years and have never found better service than I receive at Napleton. More
Outstanding friendly service department. Although the 30K service on my Porsche was expensive the service department informed me of the cost before hand. Napleton Porsche is a very friendly dealership I have been getting my Porsche serviced there for the last 6 or 7 years. They do a great job of repairing and customer service at a reasonable price. I own 3 each. 2006 Cayenne, 2 Turbo S and 1 S. I did not buy them at Napleton, but got all of them slightly used and still under warranty (low mileage)from "distressed" sellers after the gas hit almost $ 4. buy them at Napleton, but got all of them slightly used and still under warranty (low mileage)from "distressed" sellers after the gas hit almost $ 4.00 in 2007/2008 time frame. The service support I am getting from Napleton Porsche is excellent. They are really good to work with in the Service Department. I bought 3 ea. service contracts on these cars from Napleton, as I intend to keep the cars past the original warranty time. More
