They did everything I could expect and more, they were easy to deal with, very responsive, and helpful in digging up some of the history on the car which I asked for in the sales process (the prior owner was a repeat customer of theirs). As a specific example, my car was not fitted with an OEM front license plate mount, which we only noticed after completing the sale. Rather than just taking the easy way out by drilling a couple holes in the bumper and putting a cheap plastic mount on, they took the time to call an Audi dealership, order the OEM part, have it delivered, install it, and of course offer a wash and detail after installed, all free of charge. This kind of commitment to doing things right, even for a pre-owned car that wasn't their own brand, made this the best car buying experience I've had, hands down. Will definitely come back to Scott when it's time for my next vehicle. More
