Service Advisors took care of my car August 8 Saturday I went in for my oil change. Few minutes after I checked in, service advisor Ron Crum came in to the waiting room to show me my car August 8 Saturday I went in for my oil change. Few minutes after I checked in, service advisor Ron Crum came in to the waiting room to show me my car engine air filter. He said it is very dirty and asked me can they go ahead to change the new one for me. I appreciate he took the trouble to ask me first before doing any extra thing on my car. When all the maintain was done, he came and asked me can they wash my car. That day is short of stuffs on a Saturday close to noon time but yet he did his best for the customer. August 27 Thursday my car was towed in due to a dead battery. The service advisor was Dale Robbins. He said they will try to re-charge my battery first and see if it holds. After waited for a while, Dale Robbins came in and talked to me. He said after charging, they ran a test and the battery was not holding the charge so he said they will give me a new battery. Luckily my car is under manufacture warranty so new battery is free so as labor. I waited a bit, again Dale came in asked me do I have time to wait for another 10 mins as they can wash my car. I had a crazy morning tried to re-charge dead battery myself before calling the tow truck to Lou Fusz. I lost half day of my work due to dead battery so the free car wash and new battery made my day. Thank you Lou Fusz Nissan and Ron and Dale. More

Lost and confused Originally came in for tire maintenance and ended up leaving with a lengthy list of things that didn't need to be fixed. Example- replace the air and cabin filters as they are dirty and after market parts. Truth: both filters were installed 17 days prior and were purchased directly from the Nissan Parts Dept. Unless I'm driving 140mph in the middle of the desert there is no way my filters can be dirty in 17days so this is a poor recommendation to upsell products. I've kept the receipts and part numbers to everything regarding my vehicle so this doesn't happen. Secondly, I have no idea what advisor I even worked with as she never introduced herself. I actually had to ask the cashier what her name was and she apologized on her behalf because apparently it's a common issue. Sales portion of the building is clean and aesthetically pleasing but the service portion is hideous. Super awkward sitting 4ft away from someone staring at you in the recliner, dingy yellow walls, needed a map to find the bathroom from service, etc. There is a bathroom thru this door from service...sound good right? Well when you walk thru the door you find a hallway...is the bathroom in said hallway? nope. Once again had to find an employee to assist me in finding the bathroom. Offered a car wash if I was willing to wait for it...cool. Except that it doesn't dry your car so they give you back a wet car in February. More

Julie immediately diagnosed the problem as tires with uneven wear because of misalignment. spent $100 realigning the vehicle. noticed not much changed in before and after alignment report. left dealership with noise still present. called them and they said that once the tires are worn, there is nothing that can be done to fix the noise. it might go away with time or it might actually get worse. so I waited. after a few months, with the sound getting worse, i returned to the Lou Fusz. again, I was told it was the tires. nothing they could do except replace the tires. after a few more months I finally broke down and replaced the tires. leaving the tireshop, I noticed the noise was NOT GONE! took the car to an independant shop and within minutes they correctly diagnosed a bad wheel bearing. it was replaced and the problem was solved. I lived with this problem for months and bought new tires thanks to Lou Fusz' incompentence. More
