Nissan Leaf Service We had a 2013 Nissan Leaf leased through Lou Fusz. Nissan made us an offer we couldn't refuse to buy out the lease which we did. We had talked with We had a 2013 Nissan Leaf leased through Lou Fusz. Nissan made us an offer we couldn't refuse to buy out the lease which we did. We had talked with Lou Fusz the day before to try to get an idea of what the deal was. We were fairly satisfied with what we were told and when we went in to do the deal the Lou Fusz folks and Nissan had sweetened the deal even more. Everyone with Lou Fusz was very professional and there to satisfy our needs above their own. I still don't understand how the Lou Fusz people were compensated for their service in converting our lease to a purchase but they worked with us as if our business was very important to them. We only visited the Nissan service people at Lou Fusz one time previously during our lease as there is almost no service required for the Leaf (no oil changes, lube, coolant etc. etc.). While we were there converting our lease to a purchase, we had a recall on the Leaf for some programing issue with the braking system I believe. We never had any indication there were any issues with the brakes during day to day operation. We did not have an appointment with the service department and I mentioned the recall to them while were were there converting the lease to a purchase. Shelby Cooper from the service department took the car in and had the recall taken care of at no charge to us and changed a cabin filter and brake fluid service while we were there. We could not be more satisfied with the Lou Fusz people and the Nissan Leaf as well. It is a fabulous automobile. The majority of drivers driving habits consist of less than 100 miles driving per day and the Nissan Leaf all electric automobile will handle that just fine. We have driven the car a little over 29,000 miles in 2-1/2 years and have not burned a drop of gasoline doing that. Furthermore, we charge our vehicle on a standard 120V house receptacle (no charging station) and in 2-1/2 years of tracking our electric bills, there has been no increase in our electric bills month over month for the previous years. Thanks for everything from a very satisfied Nissan and Lou Fusz customer. More

This is one reason I own nissan everytime, I know at lou fusz nissan I will be handled well from sales ( thanks to Mr. Wes Hornsby) and for after sales service, thanks to ( Katie, Ron and Julie) for getting both my Nissan Murano and leaf up to date with great service. Special thanks to your knowledgable mechanics who are work hard behind the scene to make our day to day drive smoother. I don't know names of the mechanics on top of my head as we donot interact with them but I know that they have major contribution and would like to take out time from my schedule to give special thanks to the whole team...
