Buy a new car I went to Napleton Nissan to look at a car. My experience that I got fr another dealership was not so great I spoke with the general manager Mr. James Kingery he answered the question that I ask from pass experience on looking at other cars. He let me know that he would work with me on getting the car that I like and tested drove. My expectations was met,I very pleased and I will refer other to this dealership Napleton Nissan. I got the car that I wanted. Thank you Mr. Kingery for working with me putting the needs of your customer first. I thought buying CPO cars were inspected by a certfied inspector. Well I will see what the Attorney General has to say. More
Fair and Ethical Service Advising...Appreciation of Customer Before writing this review, I wanna preface with the fact that I've been a loyal customer to Napleton Nissan over the past two years since moving to S Before writing this review, I wanna preface with the fact that I've been a loyal customer to Napleton Nissan over the past two years since moving to St. Louis. On June 30, 2019, I had an unfortunate repeat failure of a vehicle part that caused me to have my car towed to the dealership the next day. For about the past year, I've been working exclusively with Service Advisor, Kathryn (Kat) Miedich, and she's been absolutely phenomenal--a refreshing presence of integrity, honesty and sincerity in a profession where customers can be skeptical of Service Advisors because of feeling like they're just out for money and pushing unneeded services. In this instance, I was basically 100% certain I knew what failed on the car due to having experienced it before, but Kat wasn't with the dealership when I had the original repair done so the only point of reference she had was the original service/repair write up in the system from almost two years ago. The original repair came with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty but, unfortunately, this most recent breakdown happen after that period. So in working up a price estimate, she initially gave me the current rate (which I understood completely due to having worked in business for years). Her integrity and empathy came through in this moment, because I rebutted with the fact I paid less the first time. In my doing so, she wound up being able to get me the same price as I originally paid! She's wonderful and deserves this great recognition!! More

Great Service I generally don't like to have maintenance done by a car dealership, however, I have found the prices comparable with the drive up oil change places, I generally don't like to have maintenance done by a car dealership, however, I have found the prices comparable with the drive up oil change places, and I get that 'personal touch' showing details of all services that have been completed on my car. I am never pressured to purchase recommended services. Overall great experience. More

Nice people, poor service This is the worst experience I have had with a dealer in my life. The staff is all very kind, but the service has been consistently poor across multip This is the worst experience I have had with a dealer in my life. The staff is all very kind, but the service has been consistently poor across multiple visits over the past 12 months. Twice, their shuttle service has forgotten to pick me up, leaving me stranded. They rarely call to provide updates on vehicles even when they have promised to. Twice I have made an appointment and brought my vehicle in for a specific repair only to be told upon arriving they do not have the parts and will not for several days, although the repair needs were known at the time of scheduling. Once I came to pick up my car at the agreed time and they told me it was not yet ready and they had simply forgotten to call me. This dealership is 30 minutes from my house, so these inconveniences around my work schedule and arranging rides from other people is a significant disruption to my life. The communication between departments appears to be very poor. During a safety recall situation, they called and told me Nissan would be charging me for my provided rental car unless my repairs were completed by a date later that week, which was *before* my already scheduled repair appointment; when I called them, alarmed, to follow up, they told me that the threat of charges from Nissan was untrue, and that they were just saying so to “scare” customers into taking the recall seriously. Finally, most recently, I asked them to run my check engine light for me, and was charged a $138 diagnostic fee without any warning in advance that this service had a fee, let alone such an expensive one! I would have gotten a diagnostic done elsewhere had I known. I have been patient with this dealership, but at this point, their kindness no longer can make up for poor service and bad experiences. More

I went to a mom and pop auto shop for repairs then notice some problems with my vehicle. I went directly to Napleton Nissan and they assisted me with the information needed to properly care for my Nissan at no charge for this advice. Their team will take care of you. I was also given advice about my second car that is not a Nissan at no charge, most dealerships would have charged an arm and a leg just to give advice about my auto care concerns. I highly recommend Napleton Nissan on Page Ave. More
