I worked at a Nissan dealer for a few years before, I know the care that goes into the cars and the employees that provide said care. Erin Mays was my salesperson - I highly recommend asking for her, or anyone really. More than anything - she showed courtesy, respect, and care for both me, my family, and the car - and I felt zero ounce of pressure or urgency. She worked at my pace - communicated with me effectively, and showed genuine care about my process. Jared on the sales floor was a great guy I briefly talked with as well. Thomas Plager in finance changed my perspective - and this is where pressure and shadiness comes in to play more often than not - I felt none. He enlightened me to different ways of thinking about the "burden" of payment - considered all options with me regarding warranties, packages, etc. This is where no pressure matters most - I made an educated and well-thought decision, and felt comfortable with it. He was patient, humble, and an awesome guy to work the final stages with. I cannot recommend them highly enough - I weeded through a number of dealers in this city over the past few weeks in preparation to turn in a lease that I wasn't happy with, with the intention to buy a new or used car. I landed on what mattered to me most in a car - mileage, features, comfort and legroom, and the Sentra accomplished all of it for me; and at one xxxx of a price point. There was no need for negotiation on the price because it was LOW already. The financing options were explained to me clearly, almost to where anyone could understand it. OVERALL - can't recommend them enough. Go and ask for Erin - tell her your goals, your story, what you want out of a car, and her and their team do the work for you. It was not what I thought! I went into Lou Fusz Nissan in St. Louis to make an appointment. I explained to Julie Reichert that it might be a fuse problem in that the front, be I went into Lou Fusz Nissan in St. Louis to make an appointment. I explained to Julie Reichert that it might be a fuse problem in that the front, below the dash, cigarette lighter/power source was not working. She said, "We can take care of that right now." A short time later, July came to me and said that the problem was not a blown fuse but that the power source, itself, needed replacing. She is ordering this for me for replacement. As always, July, like all of the Lou Fusz Nissan Staff, was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and glad to be of help to me and to be able to provide quality service. I have been with Lou Fusz Nissan for some 16+ years and I will NOT go to another establishment to buy a vehicle or to get maintenance work and repair. More

You changed my life!! I had a bad SUV that the engine went out on after only driving it 30,000 miles. I still owed 7 thousand dollars on it. I was in a really bad spot. I contacted Lou Fusz, on the off chance that maybe, just maybe someone could help me get into a reliable vehicle. I felt like I was drowning paying 375 dollars a month for a vehicle that no longer ran. Not only did they help me, but they went above and beyond my expectations! I had previous experiences at other dealerships being pushed around, and made to feel as if I didn't matter and I was just there for them to make a few bucks off of me. My Sales woman, Erin Mays handled the situation phenomenally! Not only did she get me a reliable vehicle, but a brand new one at that! She was friendly, professional, and made me feel like I was the only customer of her day! ( I know I wasn't) she's just an amazing person! Lou Fusz should be grateful to have her on their team!
